Encore Perfomance

A card inspired by an the aspect of having an encore. I had a hard time phrasing this cards effect for the OCG so I more than likely got it wrong.

 

Encore Prefomance Spell Normal

Target one monster in your graveyard; summon it, this summon is treated as a Normal Summon. During the turn you activate this card you cannot Normal Summon, nor can you summon monsters of a different type as the monster summoned bye this card's effect. You can only activate on Encore Performance per turn.

 

Target 1 monster in your Graveyard: Normal Summon that monster (this Summon is treated as a Normal Summon). You cannot Normal Summon this turn except by this effect or Special Summon monsters of a different type than the targeted monster. You can only activate 1 Encore Performance per turn.

Actually to be honest I have no idea how to word that, as... I don't think there is another card that does that?

 

There's 2 parts to look at about this card:

 

1) It is for all intents and purposes Monster Reborn, but with a new hat, and a half decent restriction. So... maybe more balanced. A bit.

 

2) The whole normal summon that isn't normal thing. Probably hinders more cards than it helps, but there are those it would help (Armageddon Knight, Scissor Arms, Gadgets, more searchers). So... be interesting to see what others think of it.
