Seanoow
There are many different ways you can play this deck. While the captain cards synchronize well, it is better to only use a couple of them at a time. It is fairly easy to get 2-3 captains out, but to try and make a full deck of them wont work! The captains are grouped into different levels for which ones will generally work best together (Though I intentionally split up Komamura and Tousen). The captains are very resistant to being destroyed by battle, spells, and traps. Yet they can do little to nothing when it comes to the monster effects from your opponents. Now while this may seem a little broken due to how difficult they are to destroy, there are other ways of "getting rid of" your opponent's monsters without "destroying" them. With that out of the way, I'd say the most important card in this deck is the ritual spell card, 'cause without it... you might as well not use any of these cards XD.
This card is needed to Ritual summon any "Captain" card or "Genryusai Shigekuni YAMAMOTO". You will also need to tribute monsters on your side of the field whose levels equal or exceed the level of the ritual monster.

This card can only be ritual summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". All "Captain" monsters you control gain 1000 attack. Once while this card is on the field you can activate one of the following effects once each: Banish all cards on the field (except this card) (This effect can not be negated) This card can not attack the turn you activate this effect. If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy "Captain" cards you control instead. (Min 2)

This monster can only be ritual summoned with "Captain of the Squad". If this card would be destroyed by a spell or trap, negate the effect and place 1 "I Want to Fight you to the Death" Counter on this card. This card gains 1000 atk/def for each "I Want to Fight you to the Death" Counter on this card.

This card can only be ritual summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". When this card is ritual summoned, you may special summon 1 "Captain Jushiro Ukitake" from your hand or deck in face-up defense position, if you do, only this card can declare an attack this turn. Once per turn, if this card is in defense position: Gain 500 life points for each "Captain" monster on both sides of the field.

This card can only be ritual summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". This card can only be special summoned (non-ritual) by the effect of "Captain Shunsui Kyouraku". Select one "Captain of the Squad" Ritual Spell Card in your graveyard, add that target to your hand.

Pay 2000 life points. Target one "Captain" monster you control, special summon one "Captain" monster from your deck with the same level as the targeted monster, ignoring the summoning conditions. You can not conduct your battle phase, or summon any other monsters the turn you activate this effect.

This card can only be Ritual summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". This card can attack your opponent directly, if it does, this card is unaffected by any cards that increase it's attack, and you lose 1000 life points. Once per duel: You can pay 1000 life points: Add one "Senkei Senbonzakura Kageyoshi" from your deck to your hand.

Activate only if you control a face-up "Captain Byakuya Kuchiki". "Captain Byakuya Kuchiki" on your side of the field gains 1000 attack, and can attack all of your opponent's monsters once each battle phase, but can not attack your opponent directly as long as this card is face-up on the field. You must pay 1000 life points per turn to keep this card on the field (This is not optional), if you can not, destroy this card and "Captain Byakuya Kuchiki" on your side of the field. If "Captain Byakuya Kuchiki" on your side of the field is destroyed, destroy this card and lose 1000 life points.

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, only "Captain" monsters can declare an attack. If you control a "Captain Kenpachi Zaraki" it can not be removed from the field by any method (Destroyed, banished, or returned to your hand or deck) as long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field.

This card can only be Ritual summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". This card can not be destroyed by battle. After the damage step, if this card battles an opponent's monster place 1 "Jinteki Shakusetsu Counter" on that monster. If at any point a monster on the field has 2 "Jinteki Shakusetsu Counters" on it, that monster is destroyed. This card can make a second attack each battle phase, but it can only attack each opponent's monster once per turn.

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". If a non "Captain" monster on your side of the field would be attacked, change the attack target to this card. If this card is not destroyed by that battle, the monster that attacked can not attack or change its battle position. This card is then switched to attack position, and its position can not be changed until your next end phase.

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". This card can attack your opponent directly, if this card attacks your opponent directly regardless if it is done by its own effect, other monsters you control can not declare an attack that turn. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can decrease it's attack by 700 instead. If using this ability would cause its attack to reach 0, this card is destroyed.

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". Once per turn, you can target 1 card on the field, destroy the target. This card can attack your opponent's life points directly, if it does, you lose life points equal to the amount your opponent lost.

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". Once per turn you can target one "Captain" card in your graveyard, then activate one of the following effects: -Shuffle that target into your deck. -Lose life points equal to half that card's attack, add that target to your hand. (Can only be used on a "Captain" Monster).

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". Once per turn, if a card(s) on your side of the field would be destroyed by an effect controlled by your opponent, negate that card's effect and destroy it. Then this card loses 700 attack and defense.

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Captain of the Squad". Once per turn, you can activate one of these abilities and only once per turn: -Add one "Captain of the Squad" Ritual Spell Card's from your deck to your hand. -Draw 1 card, if the draw card is a "Captain" card, you can reveal it to special summon 1 normal water monster from your deck.

This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by banishing 1 "Captain of the Squad" Ritual Spell Card on your side of the field, as well as 2 "Captain" Monsters you control. Up to twice per turn this card can not be destroyed. Whenever a monster effect targets a card you control place one "Shatter, Kyoka Suigetsu Counter" on the card that was targeted. That card can not be destroyed as long as this card remains on the field. If this ability was activated, this card can not attack during the next battle phase. This card can not attack your opponent directly.
I would just like tot take this little bit of time to say, the button on the top left of this post box that lets you use the spoilers was not working for me, so I had to personally type in all of the code each time. Please let me know if you would like to see more of these sets, otherwise I might just do one at a time in future since it takes so long to try and do them all at once. With that out of the way, I will let you know that I am planning on expanding this set with the Lieutenants and some other characters. If you liked this set, please let me know so in the comment section below. ;) Until next time, I am Sean Double-Oh Double-You. Signing off. Seanoow
Yea, I can understand where you are getting from, however I will say that there were a few things I took into consideration when making him: 1: It takes an average of 3 monsters to ritual summon him since he is level 10 2: If you look at the "Captain of the Squad" you will notice that it says "You will also need to tribute monsters on your side of the field" So you can not ritual summon these "Captains" with cards in your hand. 3: He is very powerful, but he can not stop cards like "Smashing Ground" "Dark Hole" etc. So he might be over powered, but he is both difficult to summon, and has no resistances to being destroyed on your opponent's turn. Also, the whole "If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy 2 'Captain' monsters you control instead" Is kind of useless in most scenarios. Since you will almost never have 2 captains on the field before summoning Yamamoto (Unless you use Kurotsutchi to protect your tribute monsters) and since he takes an average of 3 it would be very difficult to summon more Captains after summoning him. Also, since he is level 10 you can not use "Captain's Call" with him to get another captain on the field fast.
