1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner LIGHT Fairy-type Synchro monster, and 1 non-Tuner DARK Spellcaster-type Synchro monster

Can only be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by Synchro Summon. Once per turn, during your Main Phase you can pay half your Life Points to Target 1 Monster in your Extra Deck: Negate the Summoning requirements of the Targeted monster and Special Summon it. You cannot Summon other monsters (excluding this card) the turn this effect is activated. During the End Phase Banish the monster Summoned by this effect. If this card is in your Graveyard you can Banish a Level/Rank 10 or higher monster to Special Summon it. The turn this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, its other effects are negated.

 

 

Anime Effect

Cannot be Targeted by the effects of your opponent's Spell, Trap, or Monster Cards. Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can Target 1 monster in your Extra Deck, or in either Graveyard or Banished Zone; negate any card text on the card that may forbid Special Summoning, or that requires specific Summoning Materials and Special Summon the monster to your side of the field. If an Xyz Monster is Summoned you can attach up to 2 cards from your Graveyard as Xyz Materials. This card cannot attack during the turn this Effect is activated. During the End Phase return the monster Summoned by this effect to wherever it was Summoned from. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, or Banished, you can Banish 1 Level/Rank 10 or higher "Angels" monster from your Extra Deck to Special Summon this card during the End Phase of the turn it was destroyed.

there are 2 ocg fixes with 2 scenario of gameplay (i prefer the 2nd fix):

 

1st fix:

This card can only be summon from your Extra Deck by Synchro summon. Once per turn, during your Main Phase: Target 1 monster in your Extra Deck, Special Summon it, ignoring its summoning condition. you cannot summon other monster except "Seraph-god Brahma the Creator & Highest Reality" the turn this effect is activated. during the End Phase, banish the monster summoned by this effect. while this card in your graveyard, you can banish a Level/Rank 10 or higher monster from your graveyard, Special Summon it. and if you do this card cannot active its own effect

 

im adding "from graveyard" for its SS effect (which adjust to the anime effect you mention) since it require from where you get to banish the SS requirement

 

in 1st fix... this card can be a potential OP. at first it may seem difficult to summon due to specific material requirement, but when succeeded; you can simply SS another "Brahma" with no draw backs, particularly since the SS-ed monster still retain its effect (because it effect restriction only apply when it SS himself... same case if you SS other than "Brahma") you can summon all 3 copy of it + 1 free monster for up to 12000-17000 damage in 3 to 4 strike

 

2nd fix

1 Tuner + 1 non Tuner LIGHT Fairy-type Synchro monster + 1 DARK Spellcaster-type Synchro monster

 

This card can only be summon from your Extra Deck by Synchro summon. Once per turn, during your Main Phase: Target 1 monster in your Extra Deck, Special Summon it, ignoring its summoning condition. you cannot summon other monster except "Seraph-god Brahma the Creator & Highest Reality" from your graveyard, by its own effect the turn this effect is activated. during the End Phase, banish the monster summoned by this effect. while this card in your graveyard, you can banish a Level/Rank 10 or higher monster from your graveyard, Special Summon it. and if you do this card cannot active its own effect

 

on the 2nd fix, it new restriction make it slightly less abuse-able. but in my opinion it still a potential OP since now at least you can control 2 of it + 1 free monster, for up to 8000-13000 damage on 3 strike

 

although this card don't have god like immunity, it only a matter of field set up to use this card at it fullest potential

you welcome, there simply to many member that use harsh word in CnC. the advance member doing it is the most disappointing

 

but there also new member there that simply can't accept a good CnC

 

Lets say that is simply a draw back of internet user now days (man they mean...use your freedom with respect and open mind please)
