When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can send 1 card from your Deck to your Graveyard and, if you do, swap the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls.  If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, you can banish 1 "Archfiend" monster in your Graveyard instead.

 

Still not enough to make the Covenant Fusion Spell useful, but it's a start.
