☨Genocide ☨
Effect: Special Summon one monster from your hand or deck (ignoring summoning conditions), and equip this card to it; it's effects are negated. Pay life points equal to the ATK of the summoned monster. If the monster equipped to this card is targeted for an attack, you can decrease the ATK of the equipped monster by half to end your opponent's Battle Phase. The monster equipped to this card may not be used as material for an XYZ or Synchro Summon.
Estate
Just make it an equip spell to begin with and change the errata to: Special summon one monster from your hand or deck (ignoring summoning conditions), and equip this card to it, it's effects are negated. Pay life points equal to the ATK of the summoned monster. If the monster equipped to this card is targeted for an attack, you can pay life points equal to half the equipped monster's ATK to end your opponent's Battle Phase. I also think that this should be added: The monster equipped to this card may not be used as material for an XYZ or Synchro Summon. Otherwise it will be extremely OP. Other than that I see no fault with it looks like a really fun card with a lot of playability, nice work! :)
☨Genocide ☨
Thank you! So you think I should keep it as the first effect? The only difference really tho, is that with the second effect, monster effects can be activated if the equip card were to be destroyed
Excalibur the Divine
Edited OCG a bit Effect: Special Summon one monster from your hand or Deck (ignoring summoning conditions), and pay life points equal to the ATK of the summoned monster. Monsters Summoned by this card cannot activate any effects. This card is then treated as an equip card and is equipped to the Summoned monster. If the monster equipped to this card is targeted for an attack: you can pay Life Points equal to half the equipped monster's ATK to end the Battle Phase. Alternate effect: Banish 2 cards from your hand to Special Summon one monster from your hand or Deck (ignoring summoning conditions), and pay life points equal to the ATK of the Summoned monster. This card is then treated as an equip card and is equipped to the Summoned monster. Monsters equipped with this card cannot activate their effects. If the monster equipped to this card is targeted for an attack: you can pay Life Points equal to half the equipped monster's ATK to end the Battle Phase. Which effect do you guys think would be more useful? Hmmm...useful? Second. Better? First.
☨Genocide ☨
Thanks guys, I updated the card, mostly to Estate's edit, and the most notible change I made was that I changed the cost to decreasing ATK instead of paying life points to end the opponenet's battle phase. Special Summon one monster from your hand or deck (ignoring summoning conditions), and equip this card to it; it's effects are negated.
Slinky
I should point this out. Rule of yugioh: Ignoring summoning conditions, doesnt really ignore the summoning conditions. You will not be able to summon a Semi-Nomi, or a Nomi monster with this card unless it was properly summoned first.
☨Genocide ☨
yeah, I know lots of cards include "cannot be summoned in any other way", but I built this card for support of cards with 0 ATK and a high defense in mind
Estate
I should point this out. Rule of yugioh: Ignoring summoning conditions, doesnt really ignore the summoning conditions. You will not be able to summon a Semi-Nomi, or a Nomi monster with this card unless it was properly summoned first. If that wasn't a rule there would be a metric ton of OP stuff. Excalibur the Divine
The word Deck needs to be capitalized
