Philemon Posted July 1, 2014 Report Share Posted July 1, 2014 Evil HERO Swamp Drowning EARTH Level 6 Fiend/Fusion/Effect "Elemental HERO Bubbleman" + "Elemental HERO Clayman" "Must be Fusion Summoned with "Dark Fusion" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. While this card is on the field, neither players can Special Summon monsters except by Fusion Summoning." 1900/3000 I wanted to give possibly the worst HERO Fusion a rather strong Evil counterpart. While the original was an effect monster whose only effect was how to be summoned, this guy just shuts down all specials summons other then Fusion.
