BurningDemon
Target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. Neither player takes damage from battles involving that monster. You can not Special Summon monsters of the same Type this turn, unless they are Special Summoned from the Graveyard. You can only activate 1 "Goblin Reviving Circle" per turn. TondehDondeh
Seems like a "Call of The Haunted" with a back-lash. It'd be fine if it revived a specific kind of monster, like a Type or Attribute (Can not Special Summon (Type/Attribute) monsters this turn, unless from the Graveyard) and gave it a buff. Although, I see where your going with this; a more balanced Monster Reborn or a Premature Burial without LP Cost. COTH does the job better, however. Since COTH and PB can both be used multiple times per turn, I'd suggest buffing this card up a smidge if it's limited to once per turn. Perhaps like this. [Target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. Neither player takes damage from battles involving that monster. You can not Special Summon monsters of the same (Type or Atrribute or Level or Name) this turn, unless they are Special Summoned from the Graveyard. Jsevillamol
I'm a fan of adding the limitation of no summoning more monsters that turn with same level as the moster revived. Thus it rewards plays which do not rely on XYZ, therefore encouraging the use of different decks in the meta.
