This maybe the over powered card I have ever made. First, the effect is Multitype, following by the attribute and what its type for obvious reasons. As for the summoning, Why Dragon-Type, because Dialga knows Roar of Time, Palkia knows Speial Rend, and Giratina knows Shadow Force. Since I've seen people in Pokemon X and Y that uses Arceus that knows Roar of Time, Special Rend, and Shadow Force, I believe it makes sense to add because there was an event that he uses those moves. I believe it makes even more sense that if this card is a Rank 13. But since the Level/Rank goes up to 12, I really don't mind. Image was made from kairawolf.deviantart.com

3 Level 10 monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using 3 Rank 7 or higher Dragon-Type Monsters you control that has no Xyz Materials as the Xyz Material. When this card is on the field, it is not destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn, you can change the attribute OR Type of this monster. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; activate 1 of these effects.

. When your opponent's monster declares an attack: Negate the attack, and if you do, until your opponent's 3rd End Phase after this effect is activated: That monster cannot attack, change its battle position, and activate its effect.

. When any of your monsters is targeted by an attack: Target the monster that is attacked; place that monster in the Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card until the End Phase.

. During your Standby Phase: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish both the opponent's monster and this card, and if you do, when this card returns to the field during your next Standby Phase, attach all other cards banished this way to this card as Xyz Material.
