Effect:

If there is at least 1 monster on your side of the field besides "Uriel, Manipulator of Flames"; This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Each time you gain Life Points or play a card; This card loses 300 ATK. Once per turn: You can discard 1 Spell or Trap card; This card can attack all monsters on the field once each. If this card battles with a monster whose ATK is higher than its own; Inflict double the difference to your opponent's Life Points.

This card could be well-balance but because of  that last effect, no fear in attacking, and most likely your opponent will take more damage than you will. If you change it to inflicted the different between this card attack and the opposing monster attack to your opponent as damage, it would greatly balance it out.
