Magemeek's MC Review List

 

Okay, so here's the deal: I'm free for a short while and a short while only, so I figure I may as well review some custom archetypes and card sets before I basically have to leave. So, without further ado, I present to you my multiple cards review list!

 

Acceptance Deadline: 7/8/2014, 12:00 AM EST

As you can see, it's empty. You sign up, and I'll put you on the list. As I go down the list, I'll review your cards. Keepin it simple. Now, here come the rules and regulations and stuff. READ EVERYTHING.

Okay, this is pretty self explanatory. Just reply to this topic with a "I would like my cards to be reviewed. Here's the link: ___________________" And obviously, put the URL where the blank line is. Multiple Cards only, and don't give me dead posts (over a month old).

Now you've made it this far, I guess I should probably clarify the actual rules of entry and stuff:

  • No user can appear on the list of 8 more than once (with one exception, listed 2 bullets down)
  • No user can submit an archetype with more than 8 cards! THIS IS CRUCIAL. 8 CARD LIMIT, YA HEAR. If there are more than 8 cards on the post, it will NOT be reviewed.
  • Once the Acceptance Deadline is reached, if the list of 8 is not complete, users are allowed to appear on the list more than once.

Also, to any mod that comes across this, I really didn't know where else to post this so I put it here. Sorry if its in the wrong place.

OR you could just be a good Samaritan and just go into the card set topics of your own volition. This idea is silly and unnecessary, especially because you haven't really made a name for yourself in RC just yet.

 

I do reviews for free, randomly. However, if the set is hopeless... I don't review.

Don't just review randomly. If you want to be known around RC, you should legitimately take a look at all the new topics and leave SOME kind of criticism. If the set is hopeless: say so, explain why. If the set is good: say so, explain why. Something like this thread or random poking around isnt going to accomplish anything.

Wow! Hello :D

Could you Review the current stage of my set of cards?. I would really appreciate it! :D

You can jump to the "Abyssal" Archetype (there are almost 60 cards in the following link) so... If you could check at least the "Abyssal" archetype it would be great! (It begins with the card - 0038)

I'm sorry, I suppose. And yeah, you're right, it would've been better for me to just go around and review the posts I want to, but I kind of wanted to do something like this so I can make sure that I'll get to reviewing (this is more incentivizing than simply going around). And I know, I don't have a name for myself - and I made it clear that that was the case in the OP. But I know that making a lot of cards is tough, and sometimes just having somebody - even someone as inexperienced as myself - review the cards feels nice. I just wanted to make this so that people can get guaranteed reviews, and so I would also be more motivated to review. Sorry if this came across as pompous or anything - and I get that it's silly, but you never know, it could be for the better

Oh yeah, forgot about that, the fact you're only reviewing sets of 8 cards or less is restrictive and downright ridiculous. If you dont have time or "incentive" to review larger sets then this thread is even more of a waste.
