Delibirb
I think this might make the effects a little bit less weird. Both players reveal the top 2 cards of their Deck; if both of a player's revealed cards are the same card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap), that player adds both those cards to their hand. Otherwise, send them to the Graveyard. This makes the logic a little bit less backwards. Anyway, onto actual not-OCG review. In all honesty, while it might not look it, the card is bordering on broken. Its a potential +1 with no cost, even if it is a potential +2 for the opponent. Think about this in Spellbooks: goodbye Upstart Goblin. You have to be careful with cards like these, and consider what kinds of decks would run them, and how they would abuse them. The easiest way to balance it out some is to add some sort of cost. Whether that be some Life Point payment, a discard, or what have you, this card could certainly benefit from one.
