Philemon
From the Masked HERO set me and Chaos Sonic are working on, here is one of my personal favorite creations.
Banish 1 "Masked HERO" monster from your field or Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "Evil HERO" monster from your Extra Deck with the same Attribute, ignoring the summoning conditions.
This is more of a card that represents something then is meant to be a standalone card, good guys shedding their old costumes for new ones. Giving up their old powers and allegiances for something else.
Dracoswag
Does it necessarily have to be of the same attribute considering most of the Evil Heros are primarily DARK/EARTH Attribute with the exception of a LIGHT and FIRE?
Excalibur the Divine
From the Masked HERO set me and Chaos Sonic are working on, here is one of my personal favorite creations.
Banish 1 "Masked HERO" monster from your field or Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "Evil HERO" monster from your Extra Deck with the same Attribute, ignoring the Summoning conditions.
I see, but if you banish from Gtaveyard won't it be overpower? Philemon
Does it necessarily have to be of the same attribute considering most of the Evil Heros are primarily DARK/EARTH Attribute with the exception of a LIGHT and FIRE? It would conflict with the whole "Change" theme. I see, but if you banish from Graveyard won't it be overpower? There are 2 FIRE monsters, 1 LIGHT monster, and 2 EARTH monsters (one of which is useless without Dark Fusion), you already have to give up some Extra Deck space for them, and have 1 of the appropriate Masked HERO summoned or in the graveyard. This way it makes it a bit easier to swallow the set up you put in.

Philemon
Did you see the ocG fix? I did but didn't see what you did until I swapped it into the card maker. Bugs me how inconsistent the capitalization is for places.
Lexadin
I always loved the Evil Heroes, but (other then some specialized Decks) they where always really hard to run. So I would be overjoyed to see this card to come out IRL.Being able to easily SS one by banishing the (relatively) easily summonable "Masked HEROs" creates a lot more options in "HERO" Decks and allows more specialized "Evil HERO" Decks to be able to at least somewhat work.I'm personally not too much of a fan of the art, but it does fit the theme and the name very well, so that doesn't matter.Overall I'd say this is a very well designed card that will certainly help the "HERO" archetype.
