if this is a nami monster (which im asuming such) it should say: " this monster cannot be Normal Summond or Set, this monster cannot be Special Summoned exept by removing 10 Pyro Type monsters in your gravyard from the game" (im not an expert on OCG so your going to have to run this by some one who is)

 

the second effect is also a bit weird so you might need to eddit it.
