misterPopo Posted July 10, 2014 Report Share Posted July 10, 2014 If you look at my name, you'd immediately know I'm a fan of the anime series Dragon Ball Z. Since Cell with Android #17 absorbed (Plot Spoiler) is the reason this meme was ever created, I felt that an ultimate troll card was needed to top them off. Of course I tried my best to word the card as accurately as possible to Yugioh's vocabulary, but the effect was simply impossible to do that with.
