Kyng
During each player's Standby Phase: Place 1 "Toll" Counter on all face-up monsters on the field. Monsters with "Toll" Counters equal to their level are sent from the field to the Graveyard. This card's activation and effect cannot be negated. This card cannot be destroyed by the effects of Spell Cards.Besides being a mediocre editing of the artwork for Ceremonial Bell, mainly because I couldn't find any other more fitting artwork, was in a bit of a downer when making this card. Funeral Bells toll 1 time per the age of the deceased, or in a set number (such as 7 times, and then 4, for 74 for example) so I replicated such hear.It isn't good, but I feel it is realistic while conveying the notion of the inevitability of death quite well.Underpowered? Let me know, I'll see if I can work it out.

krakonfour
It is actually pretty underpowered. To destroy the average monster, you need 4 turns. in those 4 turns, you opponent has ample time to flip the affected monster face-down, tribute it, or use it as syncro/xyz material. Also, it doesn't affect XYZ monsters, who have a Rank, not a Level. The protection you built into this card ensure it will stay on the field for a long long time, but considering that it is unlikely to ever destroy a monster, that protection becomes a hindrance when you find yourself incapable to getting rid of it and getting back your 5th S/T zone. I suggest...well. It's hard to change this card without changing the original effect. You can improve the destruction effect at the cost of the protection effect, for example, by destroying 'monsters with a Toll counter the turn after they are summoned.', and on the other hand, allowing this card to be affected by spell effects (you opponent should be able to MT his way out of this). During each player's Standby Phase: Place 1 "Toll" Counter on all face-up monsters on the field. Monsters with "Toll" Counters are destroyed on on the next Standby Phase after their summon. This card's activation and effect cannot be negated.
