I like Pokemon Cards! Alright, so for the Unova trio, there are a few OCG fixes that you might want to consider:
Cobalion

2 Level 6 monsters
When you take battle damage: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; inflict damage to your opponent equal to double the amount you have taken.

Terrakion
2 Level 6 monsters
When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; it can attack once again in a row.

Verizon
2 Level 6 monsters
Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster on the field; halve its ATK, and if you do, this card gains that same amount of ATK.

Keldeo

2 Level 7 monsters
If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, you can detach 1 Xyz Material to this card; inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent. While this card has no Xyz Materials, you can Special Summon "Number C647: Keldeo, the Resolution of Justice" using this card as the XYZ Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.).

3 Level 8 monsters
When this card is Summoned, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects. If this card has "Number 647: Keldeo, the Colt of Justice" as an Xyz Material, it gains the following effect:

- Once per turn, when a monster you control is destroyed by battle: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card's ATK becomes double its original ATK until the End Phase.
Now onto the actual cards:

Cobalion:

I guess this one's alright, but its effect could definitely be exploited, especially if it takes 2 level 6 monsters. Then again, its atk is decently low, so I guess it's alright.

Terrakion:
This is literally Kachi Kochi Dragon. Its effect and this card's effect are exactly the same, the only difference being that Kachi is rank 4, and much easier to get out, so I suggest changing Terrakion's effect completely.

Verizion:
This is literally Number 96: Dark Mist. Verizion is in the same situation as terrakion, their effects are the exact same as cards that already exist, and Dark Mist is Rank 3! I definitely reccomend changing this effect as well.

Keldeo:

This card is basically Gaia Dragon, the Thunder Charger, except for Keldeo you need to detatch for piercing and has 100 extra ATK. I understand what you're trying to do and shave off Keldeo's XYZ Materials, but you could always use an effect that's a bit more usable, especially for a rank 7.

Keldeo Resolute:

On this card, it's basically useless for anything except for defense, especially if this effect ends during the End Phase. If you want it to have 6000 ATK during your opponent's turn, I highly suggest changing it to the Opponent's End Phase.

I like what you're doing with these cards. Just keep at it and make some more! :D
