If you do: This card's original ATK becomes 1900. While this card is face-up on the field: Both players skip their Draw Phases. Once per turn, a player can draw 1 card during their respective Main Phase. If they do: They cannot conduct their Battle Phase this turn.   The OGC is probably wrong on this, and I would appreciate help on it. If its hard to understand, but I think it's mostly correct. Pretty much both players needs to skip their Battle Phase in order to draw a card during their turn, since this locked down the draw phase. Dokutah Posted July 18, 2014 Report Share Posted July 18, 2014 well i skip the OCG fixes (since i can understand it and my grammar fixing is not so good):  1) nice art 2) most phase skiping effect is usually power full...fortunately this card phase skip effect is balance due to the fact it apply to both player, the only advantage you got from the effect is you not gonna lose due to deck-out (this may help ''lightsworn'' a little, if the deck is Twilight/Chaos "lightsworn") 3) another phase skip this time as cost for drawing... now you get and OTK/FTK protection, be care full though with cards that prevent draw...point 4 will explain why... 4) this card ATK is ALMOST decent, it may decimate most main deck class 1 monster ( level 1-4)...but also quite easy to catch up by  summary: Over-power/Splash-able/Balance/Weak/Under-power Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
