This card's name is always treated as "Genex Controller".  If this card is on the field and you control no other monsters: you can reveal 1 "Genex" Synchro Monster in your Extra Deck; Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or Deck whose Level is exactly the difference between the Level of this card and the Level of that monster.  That Special Summoned monster's effects are negated and it cannot be used for a Summon, except for the Synchro Summon of a "Genex" monster.  The effect of "Genex Controller MKII" can only be used once per turn.
