Anarkist
Angel of the Kauravas, King Duryodhana This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by Tributing 1 DARK monster you control. When Battling a LIGHT monster this card gains 1000 ATK. Once per turn: When a LIGHT monster activates an effect; you can Discard 1 card to negate the effect, and inflict 1000 points of Direct Damage to your opponent. LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Well, I think that tributing one monster for a 2900 is a bit too much to begin with. It should be a little more difficult, especially as it's a special summon. Other than that, it's not bad, not great, but not bad. It ruins LIGHT monsters day, but I can't say if it's too much, since I don't know what/how often LIGHT monsters are being used. I think the 1000 Damage needs to go though, negating the effect should be enough I think. Of course, it would be good to get other opinions first, I'm not a great card maker by any means.
