If a monster would lose ATK and/or DEF,except by "Pressure Reversal", it gains instead. If a monster would gain ATK and/or DEF,except by "Pressure Reversal", it loses instead. A monster that has gained 1000 ATK and/or DEF from this card cannot ATK(This effect cannot be negated). A monster whose ATK and/or DEF go to 0 by this effect is destroyed. A card destroyed by "Pressure Reversal" cannot be used for the rest of the duel.

I can't tell what the artwork is supposed to be. Also, the last effect makes it a little OP. Change cannot ATK to cannot attack.

Artwork is a creature being crushed by pressure, I'm assuming. Also, you might want to elaborate on your review of how the last effect makes it OP and what the creator could do to fix it, on behalf of the Advanced Clause.

OCG Fix:

If a monster(s) would lose ATK and/or DEF, except by "Pressure Reversal", it gains that much ATK and/or DEF instead. If a monster(s) would gain ATK and/or DEF, except by "Pressure Reversal", it loses that much ATK/DEF instead. A monster(s) that has gained 1000 ATK and/or DEF from this card cannot attack (This effect cannot be negated). A monster whose ATK and/or DEF become to 0 by this effect is destroyed. A card destroyed by "Pressure Reversal" cannot be used for the rest of the duel.

Changed it so it affects more than one monster, which what I was assuming is what you were going for.

As for the card, it's not really broken. It's quite situational because not all decks rely on ATK/DEF modification, although a lot do, and would see most of its time in the Side Deck. But in a situation against, let's say, Fire Fists, this card would be amazing, because it brings their ATK down by about 300, with the kinds of cards they play. The 1000 ATK gain is very specific, because not many cards make monsters lose 1000 ATK, so maybe make it 1000 ATK or more? And at first glance, the last effect could seem broken, but that's also really situational. Equip Spells and ATK/DEF modifiers usually give less ATK/DEF than the
monster's original ATK/DEF, save Honest and Unity, so if you did manage that, then you kind of deserved it. Not to mention a card whose effect is easier to fulfill prohibits the use of a Spell Card for the rest of the duel (Curse of the Forbidden Seal). So, i.e. not broken.

This card would combo pretty well with Ragnazero. It's really interesting, to say the least. It could potentially hurt cards like Noble Knights and Bujins.

Suggested effect:

If a monster(s) would lose ATK and/or DEF, except by "Pressure Reversal", it gains that much ATK and/or DEF instead. If a monster(s) would gain ATK and/or DEF, except by "Pressure Reversal", it loses that much ATK/DEF instead. A monster(s) that has gained 1000 or more ATK and/or DEF from this card cannot attack (This effect cannot be negated). A monster whose ATK and/or DEF become to 0 by this effect is destroyed. A card destroyed by "Pressure Reversal" cannot be used for the rest of the duel.

yes, thank you, I was meaning it to be 1000 or more. This was originally supposed to be a Situational card to make things like DL Desire and LaDD into big walls.

Originally I was gonna make it to where all copies couldn't be used, but then I thought that would just make it an OP Prohibition.

The image is a monster being eaten/crushed by pressure.

will be changing OCG once I can get to it,knew I was rusty after 2 years

I like the idea with Desire. But I actually thought at first that it was restricting the use of all copies. I say make it so it's like that, where "A card with the same name as a monster destroyed by "Pressure Reversal" cannot be used for the rest of the duel."

It still wouldn't be OP. A good combo with this is to equip cards to monsters and destroy them, but then again, most monsters have more than 1000 ATK/DEF.
