Fortuna Dawn
Lore: Cannot be Special Summoned. Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 DARK Monsters you control. All monsters your opponent controls lose ATK and DEF equal to their original (printed) Levels or Ranks x100. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard; other card effects cannot be activated, also, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters whose Level or Rank is equal to or less than the destroyed monster's, until your next Standby Phase. The first effect is basically Burden of the Mighty, but it also affects your opponent's Xyz Monsters and comes with a 2500/2500 body. The second effect is where its power lies, since it can destroy a monster by battle to lock them out of Special Summoning weaker monsters. For example, if this card destroys a Level 4 monster by battle, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters whose Level or Rank is 4 or below. If it destroys a Level 8 monster, then they cannot Special Summon anything that has a Level or Rank that is 8 or below. However it does not stop Normal Summoning monsters though. In addition, it prevents other card effects from being activated in response to the destruction of that monster, such as cards that have a Sangan/Witch-styled search effect where they add cards from the deck to the hand when destroyed. It also stops Tragoedia, among other things. I decided to make its ATK/DEF low for the cost it would take, since other monsters that need 3 tributes often have between 3000-4000 ATK and in addition, it has the restriction of not being able to be Special Summoned. However it makes up for this by lowering the ATK of every other monster your opponent controls. I made it Level 10 because few cards actually support Level 10 monsters. If it is a problem as a Level 10, I could make it Level 9. Even so, it has no protection from being destroyed. Also, your opponent can easily summon a monster such as Blackwing - Bora the Spear or Bujin Yamato and then activate Kalut or Crane respectively, allowing for either monster to run over Reaper easily. Skill Drain can be activated, allowing the opponent to summon Beast King Barbaros and just run it over. Even dropping Malefic Cyber End Dragon allows the opponent to swing over it without much effort.
cardffreakxx
I like the idea of the card effect but the part of banishing the 3 dark monsters sounds like a special summon. You could say: cannot be normal summoned/set. cannot be special summoned Except from your hand by banishing 3 Dark monsters. or something like that. Just an idea with the wording
Fortuna Dawn
That was because originally, it was the other way around (couldn't be normal summoned/set and could only be special summon). I forgot that it still said that it banishes. So I changed it back to being 'tribute 3 DARK monsters'.

Fortuna Dawn
Effect of 'Nightmare Reaper of Oppression' has been buffed. Now it prevents card effects from being activated after it destroys a monster. It does NOT however, prevent the opponent from using Mirror Force/D.Prison/Compulse/Cylinder/etc before Reaper actually destroys a monster.
