2 Level 4 "Crystal Beast" Monsters
Once per turn; you may Discard 1 "Crystal" Spell card: Target 1 card in play: Banish that target. When a "Crystal Beast" is detached from this card: You may place in your Spell/Trap Zone as a Continuous Spell Card from your Graveyard. Once per turn, during either player's turn: When card(s) are added from a Player's Deck to their Hand by a Card Effect, you may Detach 1 Xyz Material to activate 1 of the Following effects:
• That player must Draw 2 Cards then Discard 2 Cards.
• This card cannot be Destroyed by Battle or Card Effects this turn.
• When that player attacks this turn: you choose the Attack Target.[/spoiler]

2 Level 4 "Crystal Beast" Monsters

When a "Crystal Beast" monster is detached from this card: You can place it in your Spell/Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. • That player must draw 2 Cards then discard 2 Cards.
• This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn.
• When that player attacks this turn: You choose the attack target.

 

Overall its a really interesting effect and its just what Crystals needed. It keeps Crystals in your Spell/Trap zone even when they are used for Xyzs, which is really useful and it gets rid of all the dead Crystal Spell/Traps that you don't need or dead draw for a very good effect. The only problem I see is that it does too much in one card. The draw 2 discard 2 effect is far too powerful as it basically turns the card into a walking Graceful Charity. I would change it to draw 1 discard 1. The last effect in that part is pretty mediocre too, since its easy to play round and Crystals don't really care if they are attacked and destroyed or not since they go to the Spell/Trap zone anyway. The only other problem might be that the "adds a card from their deck to their hand" thing currently includes drawing, which might make it too easy to trigger and is just bad design in general.
