Mdoraz
I see a couple problems with this set so far. First, I'm not a big fan of the "Every card in this deck is basically Stardust Spark Dragon" because of the add a rubble counter instead of destroying the monsters effect. Gaining advantage instead of losing a card is a pretty broken effect. Also it appears that recruiter can loop into itself getting you a crap ton of rubble counters in one turn. A monster that can tribute itself to summon another copy of itself always opens a deck up to loops and broken combos (Soul Charge + Lonefire)... Also surveyor seems a little overpowered, like that of Stratos, because he's a "whenever this card is summoned, add a card to hand" which also opens up broken plays for a deck. I can already see a one card combo that pretty OP. :P Summon recruiter, add Eveerheight from effect, tribute for another recruiter, add 5 rubble tokens from effect, activate everheight, take rubble from recruiter, tribute recruiter, summon surveyor, add supervisor from effect, remove 3 for supervisor summon, overlay for a any rank 4 rock monster. Also before you overlay you could remove a rubble with surveyor and add another recruiter to do the same combo the next turn. But I do like the concept of shifting tokens and using them for cool effects.
themonkeyspower
Edit. I altered the protection effect and changed Recruiter, Surveyor, and Everheight's effects a bit.

themonkeyspower
on the top left side of the editor, to the right of the eraser button, there is a button called "Special BBCode" click that then it will bring a pop-up window with options and the one that gives the "show button" is called spoiler. Fill that out and it should work. Hope i could help and good luck. Also do you have anything to say about the cards?

Excalibur the Divine
[Spoiler=OCG Fixes] These are for your cards, in order. I forgot to do this, but you don't need quotation marks around Rubble Counter. Quote my post, then fix it and copy and paste each onto your cards. If this card would be destroyed, you can add 1 “Rubble Counter to this card instead, you can only use this effect once while it is on the field. You can remove 1 “Rubble Counter” from an “Everheight Crag” you control: declare 1 type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap): during your next Battle Phase, negate the effects of all your opponent’s cards of that type. This card cannot be used as an Xyz material. If this card would be destroyed, you can add 1 “Rubble Counter to this card instead. You can only use this effect once while it is on the field. When this card is Summoned, you can activate one of the following effects: * Add 1 "Everheight Crag" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. * This card gains 100 ATK for each "Rubble Counter" on an "Everheight Crag" you control until the end of this turn. * Add 5 "Rubble Counters" to this card. You can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Crag" monster, except “Craglord Recruit” from your Deck. It cannot attack this turn. This card cannot be used as an Xyz material. Cannot be Normal Summoned/ Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by removing 3 “Rubble Counters” from an “Everheight Crag” you control. If this card would be destroyed, you can add 1 “Rubble Counter to this card instead. You can only use this effect once while it is on the field. You can pay 1000 Life Points: reveal this card in your hand and shuffle it into your Deck: add 1 "Crag" card from your Deck to your hand. You can remove any amount of "Rubble Counters" from an "Everheight Crag" you control: "Crag” monsters you control gain 200 ATK for each "Rubble Counter" removed by this effect. This card cannot be used as an Xyz material. If this card would be destroyed, you can add 1 “Rubble Counter to this card instead. You can only use this effect once while it is on the field. When this card is Summoned you can discard 1 card to add 1 “Crag” card from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can remove 1 “Rubble Counter” from an “Everheight Crag” you control; add 1 “Crag” card from your Deck to your hand. This card cannot be used as an Xyz material If this card would be destroyed, you can add 1 “Rubble Counter to this card instead. You can only use this effect once while it is on the field. Once per turn, you can activate one of the following effects: * Place 1 “Rubble Counter” to all “Crag” monsters on your side of the field. * Target one monster your opponent controls; until the End Phase, its effect becomes: This card loses 100 ATK for each “Rubble Counter on an “Everheight Crag” you control. This card cannot be used as an Xyz material. Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by removing 10 "Rubble Counters" from an "Everheight Crag" you control. There can only be one "Golcliff, Monarch of the Crag" on your side of the field. If this card would be destroyed, you can add 1 “Rubble Counter to this card instead. You can only use this effect once while it is on the field. If this card attacks, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each "Rubble Counter" on an "Everheight Crag" you control. If this card would be destroyed, you can add 1 “Rubble Counter to this card instead. You can only use this effect once while it is on the field. Once per turn, you can remove Rubble Counters from an "Everheight Crag" on your side of the field; activate an effect based on the amount removed: 1: Target 1 "Crag" monster you control, it gains 500 ATK and DEF untill the End Phase. (This is a quick effect) 4: Target 3 cards in your Graveyard; shuffle them into the Deck, then draw 1 card. 5: Add one card from your Deck to your hand. Add 1 "Crag" card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Craglord's Scepter" per turn. If this card would be destroyed, you can add 1 “Rubble Counter to this card instead. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can reduce the battle damage of a battle involving a "Crag" monster to 0. Once per turn, during either player’s turn, if a “Crag” card you control would be destroyed, you can add 1 “Rubble Counter” to this card instead. Once per turn, you can remove all “Rubble Counters” from cards on your side of the field and add them to this card. You can discard this card; place 1 “Rubble Counter” on all “Crag” monsters you control. Equip only to a “Crag” monster. Once per turn, during either player’s turn, if the equipped monster would be destroyed, you can add 1 Rubble Counter to this card instead. Once per turn, you can remove 2 Rubble Counters from an “Everheight Crag” you control to return 1 card on the field to its owner's hand. During either player's turn, you can banish this card from your Graveyard to target one “Crag” monster; it gains 100 ATK for each Rubble Counter on an “Everheight Crag” you control. [/spoiler] What a load... Anyway: I removed the negating effect from your field(or continuous, I don't remember) spell since field/continuous spells are slower than trap and quick play and the same speed as normal spells so it can't negate anything. This deck revolves around your cards not being destroyed, since it is slow to get out it's strong monsters most of the time. Your field spell is too op too. It's effects are too strong. Maybe you could balance them a bit? I think that every card having two lives plus getting free useful counters is too strong though. how about instead of: If this card would be destroyed, you can add 1 “Rubble Counter to this card instead. You can only use this effect once while it is on the field. Make it: If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 “Rubble Counter from this card instead. You can only use this effect once while it is on the field. Still protection, but more balanced protection.
themonkeyspower
Edited. I changed all of the destruction prevention to remove a counter instead, but I made it once per turn instead of only once while on the field, because even if you can get multiple monsters out they can't go into xyz. If this is still too much prevention I can change it. I also altered some of the effect due to not getting counters as quickly. Also thank you for the review. Excalibur the Divine
You forgot some OCG fixes. Scepter: Graveyard and Deck needs to be capitalized. Peak : The word Target needs to be capitalized for The effect that says 3. target..... It's better now and more balanced

Excalibur the Divine
Forgot to say this but even though for the fusion monster you don't fusion summon it you still have to list the materials even if you never use that way of summoning. themonkeyspower
I was thinking materials were not needed because of the mask heroes and fusions from NEX that don't have materials.
Major's Shadow
My issue is that there are no engines to refresh the Crag counters! You have the Field Spell, Monster, and Spell Cards that take away counters, but no engine to refresh them! The only card you have that can add counters is a Spell, but that's not counting the fact that you need to rely on that card not getting MST'd or Popped by another card's effect. Plus, you need to go minus on cards on your field to activate the costs of other cards you control! There needs to be a more reliable engine to get counters onto your cards to make plays with this deck; this is why Cloudians don't work! Maybe add or change an effect out with this one: "Each time you Normal Summon a "Crag" Monster or Activate a "Crag" Spell/Trap Card, add 1 "Crag" Counter to all Face-Up Cards you Control". Maybe that's a little too good, but you get my point! You need a reliable engine to keep this stone train rolling! Good idea for an anti-meta deck however, the effects are rather good once you get something going!
