too powerful.  it lets you search any normal trap, i think the cost should be more to activate this card,

I don't think it's that good. It doesn't generate a + and technically a minus for one turn. Trap cards usually work best as a surprise factor. If you set a generic trap, your opponent will have a good advantage over you, since they know you have it set, where it's set, and can work around it. If it's chainable, they know not to MST it. If it's not, MST and you can't respond. Plus banishing a card in your hand lets your opponent see the card. It gives your opponent way too much advantage.
