Sure it gains 400 atk each time a monster is sent to the grave thanks to the counters, but there are a lot of cards that get over that. Cards like number 33, overworked, etc. This card, like cardffreakxx mentioned, is only good for a target for TGU. other than that, there's literally no point of playing this card.
