Sunn O)))
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters You can only use 1 "Nissa, Worldwaker" effect per turn, and only once that turn. Increase this card's Level by 1, then target 1 face-up Spell/Trap card you control; Special Summon it as an Normal Monster (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 3/ATK 1600/DEF 1600). Increase this card's Level by 1, then target 1 face-up Spell/Trap card you control; Set it. Decrease this card's Level by 7; Special Summon 4 Continuous Spell/Trap cards from your Deck as Normal Monsters (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 3/ATK 1600/DEF 1600). Im the prince of the ring!
The first effect is okay, but limited. It seems like it'll only work well with a crystal beast deck. Thats all I can think of. As for the second effect, I think you should change it to something else or edit it so that it wouldnt take forever to use. The swcond effect is really slow and by the tine you get to it, its probably destroyed. Its good for crystal beast support. Otherwise, I wouldnt bother using it. Because turning dead Spells into monsters is bad. Because being able to reuse the effect of a dead Spell, like Super Solar Nutrient or Miracle Fertilizer is bad or being able to do plays ignoring things like Dimensional Fissure or Summoning Curse is bad. Anyway, changed to any face-up Spell or Trap, and lower the ATK and DEF a bit.
Spenсe
The effect is really slow. Plus lv3 synchros aren't really that easy to make. There might be some archetype or deck out there that plays lots of continuous traps/spells, but I can't see this being played in any deck that runs synchros, especially low lvl synchros. Need to make it more playable and make the last effect to be faster. Cards like this that have no inherent protection eff and low atk tend to not even last a turn.
