"Claret Note"

The card "Claret Note" is originally a Spell Card that made an appearance in Episode 98 of Yu-gi-oh! GX. It was used by a man named "D" who had the card "Destiny HERO - Plasma" possessed by the Light of Destruction. After the first turn which was handed to Aster Phoenix (who had Summoned "Destiny HERO - Dogma") , it was D's turn. He activated this card to Summon two "Plasma Tokens". Two because: The level of "Destiny HERO - Dogma" divided by 4 for the levels..  ( do the rest of the math. :P )

The original card's effect was:

Add up the total number of Levels of each monster your opponent controls. Special Summon 1 "Plasma Token" (Warrior-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) for every 4 Levels determined by this effect.

I felt like recreating this card, and have an effect that might help support the "Destiny HERO" monsters (primarily the Level 8 monsters "Destiny HERO - Dogma" and "Destiny HERO - Plasma"). I tweeked the effect to match up to the metagame we have today. Tried my best to not make it too broken, but it comes with a very decent effect... well in my opinion. Anyways enough words, I'll let everyone read off the card.

"Claret Note"
Normal Spell Card
Effect: Add 1 Level 8 "Destiny HERO" monster from your Deck to your hand. Then Special Summon 1 "Plasma Token" (Warrior-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) for every 4 Levels your opponent controls. These Tokens cannot be Tributed except for the Tribute Summon of a Level 8 "Destiny HERO" monster. You cannot Special Summon any monsters the turn you activated this card, except for Level 8 "Destiny HERO" monsters.

Please give feedback about what you think of the card and the effect. Thank you :)

Nice, dat Plasma support. Works really well with Trade-In and D. Draw, making D.Hero engine more consistent. Only downside is that it requires your opponent to have big field presence for you to be able to actually summon the Plasma and essentially puts a duality-esque special summon restriction. I would suggest you include ranks to the effect since Xyz's are a thing.

Very balanced.
