I'll be honest, this is one of the cards I am the proudest of. The wings are purely decorative and are completely useless, except to make it look cuter. That's why the kitty is a Beast rather than a Winged Beast. Also, it has an "evolution" of sorts in the (self-made) Synchro monster Golden Lion. You don't need Brass Cub to summon Golden Lion, but in a fanfic I'm writting, that's what the main character does all the time. Maybe I should post Golden Lion later. I like it too.

Yes, you should post your synchro too so we know how this card works. At this moment, this card is just for synchos, Normal summon this, special summon a monster, go for level 3-6 synchro. If you wanted to make it support synchros even more, make it:
Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard, also make its ATK and DEF 0.

As for the Synchro support, I already have a Tuner that grants 500 ATK when used for a LIGHT Synchro, "Solar Warrior" (the character of my story uses a LIGHT-based deck, so most of his cards are centered around summoning and powering LIGHT monsters). This card is for quick summoning of big LIGHT beasts, potentially to OTK the opponent. But, used right, it could be used for swarming too. Just pack a Monster Reborn or two ...
