Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using cards in your Pendulum Zones as the Fusion Materials.  During the turn this card is used, you can perform another Pendulum Summon in addition to your Pendulum Summon this turn (This effect can only be gained once per turn).

Pendulum Effect: Once during either player's turn: you can Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone.  If another card was in your Pendulum Zone during this time, Special Summon that card as a Monster.  You can send 1 Pendulum Monster from your Deck to the Graveyard and target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone; that card's Scales becomes the sent monster's Scales.  This effect of :Odd-Eyes Pendulum Magician" can be used up to twice per turn.

 

Monster Effect:  "Timegazer Magician" + "Stargazer Magician"

Once during either player's turn: you can place up to 2 Pendulum Monsters on the field into unoccupied Pendulum Zones on the field.  When your opponent would Special Summon a monster, OR activate the effect of a Spell Card, Trap Card or Monster Card that would Special Summon a monster: you can destroy 2 cards in any Pendulum Zones and, if you do, negate the activation of the card and banish it. This effect of "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Magician" can only be used once per duel.

Activate only while you control exactly 2 Spellcaster-type Pendulum Monsters and no other monsters.  Destroy all monsters your opponent controls.  Then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the combined ATK of the monsters destroyed by this effect.  Your opponent cannot activate any card effects in response to this effect.  You cannot Summon any other monsters for the rest of the turn.
