[align=center]In the World of Duelantis, Duel Monsters was the way of life. Schools taught the Basic, Advance and Expert Techniques of dueling. Jobs revolved around Duel Monsters. The World of Duelantis was in perfect harmony, until one day a man discovered something that would change the world of Duelantis forever.

 

Tom was a 29 Year Old Dad who dearly loved his Wife Shawna and his Son Shini. Tom came home from his job at the Card Making Industry called Duel Corp., and sat down and looked out the window. His son Shini was dueling with his friends. He was about to lose, until something unusual happened. Shini's Eyes turned Blood Red, and Horns grew from his head. His Skin became tough like Armor, and Fire spewed from his hands. He drew a card (Which Surprisingly wasn't on fire) and played it. It was a card he had never seen before, and for some reason after Shini had made a Comeback Win, his friend he dueled fell to the ground. Shini returned to normal, staring at his friend. They rushed his friend to the Hospital, but it was too late. The Funeral was the following Weekend. News Reporters surround Tom's House, and Tom locked Shini and Shawna in a room. Tom demanded what had happened with Shini, and Shini said he didn't remember anything up until he won the duel. Tom sent Shini to his room, and Shawna came out with a truth Tom would rather have not heard. Shini was Half-Demon, Half-Human. It seemed his Demon side appeared when he was about to lose. A News Reporter had snuck into the house earlier, and recorded every word of Tom and Shawna's conversation. That Year was 2008.

 

It's now 2018 and War is Still waging between the Humans and Demons. Prophecy speaks of a Boy who will stop the True Evil that is causing this war and worse, the end of the world. That Boy is Shini, and this is his story...[/align]

Shini is a Special Half-Demon due to the face he can control his Demon Powers. He has a special form of ADD, but it works for his benefit. His ADD helps him in Battle, making him think of every possible Counter Move that he/his opponent could make to his/his Opponent's move. His ADD also makes him bored with decks quickly, so he plays different ones a lot. Shini does have a Deck he never gets bored off, but changes frequently. It's the deck he had when he left his parent's, it acts as his only bond to them.

[spoiler=Chap. 1 - Shini's Introduction]

 

[shini sits on his bed, waiting for his Parents to explain what is going on. He flips through he deck of cards, when his parents enter.]

 

Shini: Hi Mom, Dad.

Tom and Shawna: Hi Son.

Shini: So, what did you guys talk about?

Tom: Me and Mommy talked about what happened with Ken.

Shini: I'm so sorry, I swear I didn't do it on purpose!

 

[shini started to tear up, knowing that something bad was going to be mentioned]

 

Shawna: Please don't cry honey...please don't cry.

 

[shawna started to burst into tears, Tom held onto her.]

 

Tom: I'm going to be honest with you from now on Son. Shini..Your Mom is...A Demon.

Shini: A..A what?

 

[shini stopped tearing, but made of face showing his confusion]

 

Tom: A..A Demon.

Shini: But, Demons are bad! Mommy is nice!

Tom: I know...not all Demons are bad Shini...but..

Shini: But what?

Tom: Most people don't think that way. A News Reporter heard us talking, and we predict the news will shock the world.

Shini: What will happen Daddy?

Tom: We don't know...but you have to get out of here..

[shini started to burst into tears, gasping for air]

 

Shini: I..I sorry! I'll be good! Please don't make me leave!

[At this point Tom had begun to tear up as well]

 

Tom: I'm so sorry Son. But...we have to do what's...what's best.

 

[Tom revealed a Backpack, with the Duel Plane's Keys in his hand]

 

Tom: We're going to get you somewhere safe..somewhere your Mom lived with other Demons like herself. You will fit in, even though your only a Half-Blood.

Shini: Dad! Don't make me leave!

 

[shini had begun to Cry really hard, not being able to breath. His words were dragged out with sadness. Tom had let go of Shawna, and picked up Shini]

 

Shini: Stop!

 

[shini had begun to turn into his Demon-form. Shawna raised her hand and brushed Shini's hair.]

 

Shawna: Shini, we love you. We want you to remember us always.

 

[shawna splashed a water in Shini's face. Shini was knocked out, and Tom carried him outside.]

 

Tom: Hey Seth, I really appreciate what your doing for me.

Seth: No prob Tom, your my best friend. Here, give Shini to me.

 

[seth took Shini from Tom's arms, putting him on his shoulder. Tom handed Seth the water Shawna used to knock Shini out. Tom had tears in his eyes.]

 

Tom: Tell him we love him if he wakes up, then use the water to calm him down.

[Tom gave Seth the Keys to the plane.]

 

Tom: Make sure you don't lose his Backpack. His Mandatory Defense from the Humans is in there.

 

Seth: No problem. You sure you and the Mrs. don't want to come with?

 

Tom: No...We're both workers of the Duel Corp...They have a history of everywhere we go since we joined. And if they suddenly see that we disappeared with our Demon Son, they'll discover the others...and that would be bad.

 

Seth: Alright. I'll be back later. I don't work, so they can't track me.

 

[Tom showed a half-hearted smile.]

Tom: I..I don't know how to repay you.

 

[seth looked at Tom, then smiled.]

 

Seth: Just promise..if we get caught and have to duel to save ourselves..that we will always be friends, even in the Afterlife.

[Tom shook Seth's free hand, and then Seth got into the Plane. Shawna came outside.]

 

Shawna: Thank you so much Seth.

 

Seth: No problem Shawna. You guys stay safe, alright?

[Tom and Shawna waved and cried as Seth took off.]

 

Seth: Don't worry little guy, you'll be safe with Uncle Seth...You'll be safe.

 

[The Plane disappeared in the Horizon, leaving what they didn't know would be the grounds of a new war.]

 

 

[spoiler=Chap. 2 - Aftermath]

 

Chapter 2 isn't much of a Chapter, more of a brief explanation of the events that happened after Shini left.

[A Week after Shini had left, the news had spread around the world. Demons lurked in our World. Due to our preconceived ideas of what Demons are, the Whole World agreed to get rid of this new threat. The Humans of Duelantis did not want Demons corrupting their Way of Life, making it a way to kill people. The Scientists of Duelantis found a Special Particle in Demon's Blood so that people could expose them easily. The People of Duelantis wanted to get rid of the Demons, so they installed a Program in their Duel Disks so that any Demons who lost to them would die. But if the Demon were to win, it would make the controller pass on instead. So this New Program was only given to the Newly Founded Duelantis Army. Only the best Duelists were in the Army, risking lives was something the Citizens of Duelantis did not want. All the Demons realized they could not communicate with the humans, so they decided to fight back. It's been Ten Years since the start of the Demon-Human War, and it still rages on.]
