This card can be special summoned (from your hand) by discarding 3 cards from your hand. If you control this face-up card on your side of the field, during each of your standby phases, discard 1 card from your hand. If this card is sent to the graveyard by battle or by your opponent's card effect, send 3 cards from your graveyard to the top of your deck (except this card) in any order. If you have no cards in your hand, during your end phase, destroy this card.

Good job Jonesy Boy. I really like this card. It has a cool special summon requirement. I also like how you balanced the card by making the controller have to discard a card each turn while it is face up on the field and if you have no cards in your hand by the end phase you have to destroy it. It is also pretty cool that you get to put three cards from your graveyard in any order on the top of your deck when the card is destroyed by battle and or an opponent's card effect cuz you know if you have this card on the field for a while youre gonna have a lot of cards in your graveyard so its only fair that you get three cards back from the graveyard in any order you choose and you still balanced the attack and defense so the card isn't overpowered.  I hope I have explained enough so you (and the Yu-Gi-Oh! CardMaker community) know how much I like this card.

Um....the fact that this is a WATER attribute monster and it requires to discard cards to ss it and to keep on the field...this card is broken. In a mermail/atlantean deck, this card will completely set combos like it's no tomorrow.

Atlantean effects will not trigger when discarded for this card's Special Summon or Standby Phase effect. There is a fancy reason.

This card requires you to lose a lot of cards to Special Summon it. Too many to be worth it. The effect that returns cards from your Graveyard to the top of your Deck is not that powerful, and is not worth losing 3 cards from hand to set up.
