Not really focused on a specific version of the series, just a set of FMA related cards that may or may not combo with each other.

Once per turn, you can discard 1 card: Excavate 1 card. If the card is a Spell or Trap card, shuffle that card into the Deck; add 1 card of the same Type from your Deck to your hand. While you control "Alphonse Elric, The Disciple Brother", all "Elric" monsters gain 300 ATK and DEF. You can only control 1 "Edward Elric, The Fullmetal Alchemist".

Then, return the excavated cards to the bottom of your Deck in any order. You can only control 1 "Alphonse Elric, The Disciple Brother".

If this monster is sent from your Deck directly to the Graveyard, you can tribute 1 monster you control; Special Summon this monster. When this monster is targeted for an attack, you can change this monster to Defense Position, and this monster gains DEF equal to the difference between this monster's original DEF and the attacking monster's DEF.
You can pay 300 Life Points; target 1 monster your opponent controls and take control of that monster until your 3rd End Phase. You can tribute the targeted monster to discard the top 4 cards of your Deck.

Once per turn, during your Draw Phase, instead of your regular draw, you can discard the top 2 cards from your Deck; draw 2 cards. If you draw a "Homunculus" monster by this effect, you can tribute 1 monster you control; take 1 card from your Graveyard and add it to your hand.

You can only Special Summon this monster, and only by banishing 1 "Gluttony, The Homunculus of Voraciousness" and 1 other monster you control. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points, banish 3 monsters your opponent controls, while taking damage equal to the ATK of the highest monster's ATK (if it's a tie, flip a coin). This monster gains ATK equal to the damage you took. The banished monsters then return to the owner's hand during their Standby Phase.

You can only activate this card by paying 1500 Life Points, or by tributing 3 monsters you control. Equip only to a Spellcaster-Type monster; that monster's ATK is doubled during the Battle Phase only. If the equipped monster is destroyed or banished, you take damage equal to the monster's original ATK. If you would take 3000 or more damage as a result of this card effect: Shuffle this card into the Deck and and if you do, take only 1500 damage instead.

(This card is also treated as if its name was "The Fabled Philosopher's Stone"). You must pay 1000 Life Points to activate this card. Equip only to an Spellcaster-Type monster, that monster gains 1000 ATK during each Battle Phase. If the equipped monster is destroyed by battle or an opponent's monster effect, you take damage equal to the equipped monster's ATK, unless you can discard 1 "The Fabled Philosopher's Stone", from your hand, and if you do, you instead take only 1000 points of damage.

WzfQ48C.jpg

If a player would activate a card effect that involves Special Summoning a monster from the Graveyard; inflict damage to the player equal to 100 per the negated monster's Level or Rank. You must control a Level 6 or higher "Alchemist" monster to activate and resolve this effect.

1nPsSFn.jpg

Activate this card only if an "Elric" monster you control is banished, or destroyed by battle or card effect. You can shuffle the monster in to the Deck, then; Special Summon 1 "Elric" monster from your Deck in Attack Position, except the destroyed/banished monster. Then, equip this card to the Special Summoned monster. When the equipped monster would be destroyed; shuffle the equipped monster into the Deck instead (battle calculation is applied normally.)

ZGnl6uS.jpg

Activate only if you control at least 1 Warrior-Type monster and 1 "Homunculus" monster. Target the Warrior-Type monster. That monster cannot declare an attack or change its Battle Position. During each Main Phase 1, the target monster gains 300 ATK and DEF. After 3 of your turns, the target monster must declare an attack. If the target monster destroys another monster; shuffle both this monster and the destroyed monster into their owners' Decks.

They say great minds think alike, y'know :D
I think that, while my cards were aimed toward an integrated set, at the cost of accurate character potrayals, yours opts for the most apt effects possible. Thematically speaking, the cards are great, and fit each character exceptionally well, but I have a few suggestions:
Ed and Al are like two sides of the same coin, and each require a single Tribute (and understandably so, considering their origins). However, they are themselves, not very powerful, relying on their wits most of the time, so I'd go with perhaps lowering their stats a bit and drop a star to increase their playability. Mustang can deal a maximum of 1000 damage maybe once per duel, which is kinda lackluster considering he's supposed to be the strongest alchemist. Maybe go with 500 burn damage every time he destroys a monster? I dunno.

Greed's effect renders him nigh unkillable by battle, on top of punishing your opponent for attacking, so perhaps a once per turn clause? It's kinda strange (but interesting) how you went with Lust's temptation abilities rather than her Ultimate Spear. Her effect is like an enhanced walking Brain Control, however. The Failed Gate is still very powerful, and can clear the field very easily for a win, but he already has a lot of countermeasures in place.

Now, the Philosopher's Stone is kinda broken, even with its heavy cost. While reflecting its true abilities quite well, doubling ANY Spellcasters ATK is a bit hax. Both your Traps are awesome though!

OCG fixes, now:

  1. In Ed's effect, I would word it a little differently, to make it necessary to shuffle the card back. I'm not sure about the wording of a Spell or Trap Card "Type," but the Yugioh Wiki says that's what it's called XD.
    • Once per turn, you can discard 1 card: Excavate 1 card.
  2. Al has sort of awkward phrasing at the beginning, but he's otherwise fin. Semicolons are usually used to divide a cost and effect, instead of an activation requirement (I think...)
  3. Greed's effect is great, but if you want, you can change it so it's sort of like Black Stego.
  4. Lust has a weird thing going with semicolons and colons, so I'd reword to Once per turn: You can pay 300 Life Points; target 1 monster your opponent controls and take control of that monster until your 3rd End Phase [or whatever you feel fits]. You can tribute the targeted monster to discard the top 4 cards of your Deck.
  5. Does Gluttony's effect let you draw 2 cards instead of 1, or 2 cards AND the standard 1? I'm a bit confused XD
  6. Tribute is always capitalized, I think. Going with "If you take 3000 or more damage as a result of this card effect: Shuffle this card into the Deck" and "and if you do, take 1000 damage instead" would make it a little more clear.
  7. For Human Transmutation:
    • If your opponent [you probably wouldn't use it on yourself] activates a card effect that Special Summons exactly 1 monster from the Graveyard: Negate the activation; also, inflict damage to the player equal to 100 x the monster's Level or Rank. You must control a Level 6 or higher "Alchemist" monster to activate and resolve this effect.

Anyway, cool-ass cards! Keep it up, man.
