I would swap the count for fiendish and PWWB, also 3 Dichotomy is way too much.

...ouch. It's a reactive deck. You have a tool for nearly every situation and can get those answers out at a +0. You also recover and gain advantage fairly easily.

 

It works like this. You gain card advantage using the Volcanic engine. You still have the option to use the engine to Snipe if you have to, but you will usually Onomatopair/Summoner Monk to convert that advantage into rank 4 tools. You go into King of the Feral Imps(or any other XYZ if necessary) to search out Masked Chameleon, which is basically anything you want it to be. From there you go into whatever XYZ/Synchro is needed for the situation. Pot of Dichotomy allows you to recover from you opponent trying to jam you(combos extremely well with Volcanic Shell), and the loss of the battle phase means nothing, since this is a reactive deck. Eventually, your opponent runs out of steam, and you seize that opportunity to put you foot on their throat.

 

The deck is weakest early game, since it requires a bit of set-up before it gets going. Also dependent on the Normal Summon, but Dododo Buster helps alot with that. I probably going to replace Catastor with a second copy of Armedes.

Why is 3 Dichotomy's too much? You meet the conditions in 1 turn, and you need the battle phase less then any other deck because of the Volcanic engine.
