Even if it is a Gemini it still seems a bit much. Lower one or the other if you want a stat to be at 1400. I understand that since this card is a Gemini it can be a little OP when you can summon it again as an Effect Monster, but even then Gemini's know their OP limit. A very splashable Synchro Material monster is great with a level manipulation ability, but then having it unable to be destroyed by backrow? That seems to be a little much even for a Gemini. I understand that Gemini's are for one slow even with Supervise (or whatever it's called, I don't remember) and that they can be OP to an extent, but yea. This card is a little OP.
