Pendulum effect:
If a face-up Dinosaur-Type monster you control is targeted by a card effect, you can destroy this card: negate that effect. If this card is destroyed while in a Pendulum Zone, you can add 1 "Jurrac Ankylo" from your Deck to your hand.
Monster effect:
When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can increase this card's level by 1. If you do, it also gains 1000 ATK. If this card attacks a defense position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.

I'm not really a Jurrac player, and don't really remember much of them, but I can say stuff about Pendulums. Pendulum Scale <1> that your Jurrac has, is lowest and always has restriction on Pendulum effect. That and the effect of your Ankylo (Searching) makes me believe you should do the same restriction. Here are some examples(Including OCG):

Stargazer Magician: <1>

Unless you have a "Magician" card or "Odd-Eyes" card in your other Pendulum Zone, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 4.

Qliphort Archive: <1>

You cannot Special Summon any monsters, except "Qliphort" monsters. This effect cannot be negated.

I'm not really a Jurrac player, and don't really remember much of them, but I can say stuff about Pendulums. Pendulum Scale <1> that your Jurrac has, is lowest and always has restriction on Pendulum effect. That and the effect of your Ankylo (Searching) makes me believe you should do the same restriction. Here are some examples(Including OCG):

That is true so far but this would be hard to use outside of dinosaur builds anyway. You would need to destroy it yourself to trigger its searching effect without other dinosaurs to protect. It can be searched by Fossil Dig though, which makes this fairly splashable.

It could be a tech in other decks, but as of now, I don't see how it's broken, even as a scale 1. Foucault's cannon for example is a scale 2, which is searchable by Summoner's art and has more ATK than this though. (although it's not a searcher itself, no matter how situational Ankylo's search would be in non-dinosaur decks, it's still a search.)... hmm, I might add a "You can only Pendulum summon Dinosaur-Type monsters"

Yes, that is true Foucault's Cannon is scale 2 but, it is also a Normal Monster with 2200 ATK which I think is worse than 2500 DEF and it doesn't have Pendulums Effect like Arkylo. If Arkylo is MST-ed  you can get another one to Pendulum Summon destroyed Arkylo back on field. To think about it, it might be used with Artifacts :D I suggest to change it to: "If this card is destroyed while in a Pendulum Zone, you can add 1 "Jurrac" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Jurrac Ankylo"." It's more balanced. I mean it's like 3 "Forbidden Dress" (if not better) in 1. And even after this I still think "You can only Pendulum summon Dinosaur-Type monsters" is needed. I know, I know... but it is for Dinosaur-Type so why not.. after all your other Pendulum monster Sarcos needs only  Dinosaur-Type monsters in graveyard. So this kind of restriction is kida there already. BTW which card creator do you use to create Pendulums? MSE doesnt have this kind of quality.
