Based on the Seven Princes of Hell.  Each monster has an effect that is based on the sin they are meant to represent.  Like Evil Heros, these monsters have their own special fusion card.  I do not own any of the artwork presented, and thank those who did draw them.  Please share your thoughts.

 

Monsters

When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the equipped card's ATK. If this card would be destroyed by battle or a card effect, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.

You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. At the end of the Damage Step, if this face-up Attack Position card battles with an opponent's monster: Increase your Life Points equal to that monster's ATK targeted by this card.

When this card is Summoned, change it to Defense Position. The position of this card cannot be changed, except when a monster on your side of the field is sent to the Graveyard by an opponent's card effect. After the effect is resolved, immediately change this card into Attack Position.

This card cannot declare an attack. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all face-up Attack Position monster cannot change their battle positions. All monsters must attack during the Battle Phase, if able.

When this card is Summoned, select 1 Spell/Trap card in your opponent's Graveyard and equip it to this card (The card is treated as an Equip-Spell card). This card gains the effect(s) of the equipped card. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, return the equipped card to the owner's hand.

LIGHT monsters cannot be Summoned, and their effects cannot be activated. Destroy all LIGHT monsters on the field.

This card gains 400 ATK and DEF for each card in your hand. Once per turn, you can send up to 5 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard, draw the same number you discarded by this effect. This card cannot attack the turn this effect is activated.

 

Fusion Monsters

Underworld Aria + 2 Fire monsters
Must be Special Summoned with "Sinful Release" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Summoned, take control of all your opponent's Fiend-type monsters. This card cannot attack the turn this effect is activated. When this card destroys a FIRE monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, Special Summon that monster to your side of the field.

Underworld Barabas + 2 Fire monsters
Must be Special Summoned with "Sinful Release" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Neither player takes damage from battles involving this card. When this card destroys a monster by battle, increase your Life Points equal to the ATK or DEF of the destroyed monster (opponent chooses).

Underworld Brom + 2 Fire monsters
Must be Special Summoned with "Sinful Release" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Set cards cannot be flipped face-up. All Set monsters that are selected as an attack target are immediately sent to the Graveyard without having their effects activated.

Underworld Levy + 2 Fire monsters
Must be Special Summoned with "Sinful Release" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Whenever an opponent's monster activates an effect, this card gains the effect of that monster. This card ignore requirements to activate the effect.

Underworld Lucifer + 2 Fire monsters
Must be Special Summoned with "Sinful Release" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. As long as this card remains face-up on the field all LIGHT, DARK, EARTH, WATER, and WIND monster effects are negated.

Underworld Zephyr + 2 Fire monsters
Must be Special Summoned with "Sinful Release" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Summoned, place all counters on the field on this card, regardless of conditions. This card gains 800 ATK and DEF for each counter on the field. As long as there is a counter on this card, this card cannot be destroyed by battle.

Underworld Dracul + 2 Fire monsters
Must be Special Summoned with "Sinful Release" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card cannot declare an attack. As long as this card remains face up on the field, both players must conduct their Battle Phase and their Battle Phase. During either Battle Phase, all monsters on the field are changed to attack position and must attack, if able.

 

Spell Cards

All "Underworld" monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF. When this card is destroyed by an opponent's card effect, Special Summon 1 "Sinful Underlord" from your Extra Deck, ignoring Summoning conditions.

All face-up monsters become FIRE attribute. Once per turn, you can send 1 FIRE monster you control to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 "Underlord" from your Graveyard.

Banish, from your hand or either Graveyard, the Fusion Material Monsters listed on a Fusion Monster Card that can only be Special Summoned with "Sinful Release", then Special Summon that monster from your Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon with "Sinful Release".) You can remove this card from play, add 1 "Sinful Release" from your Graveyard to your hand.

Send, from your hand or either side of the field to the Graveyard, the Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fiend-Type Fusion Monster Card, then Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon). The Special Summoned cannot be negated.
