Psychic Disarmament
Trap / Counter
If your opponent Special Summons 2 or more monsters at once: Discard 1 Psychic-Type monster; destroy all face-up Spell/Trap cards on the field, and if you do, neither player can Special Summon a monster or declare an attack for the rest of the turn.

Not sure why it's a Counter Trap, but you make the card, not me. Anyway, clearly an Anti-Pendulum card we have here, and it's pretty decent at that, and pretty balanced as well. A specific cost and condition, something that wipes your own cards, prevents you from Summoning as well. Maybe that actually makes it too balanced, since not every Deck has cards that Summon multiple monsters. But that said, against the right Decks, it can be a powerful card. So yeah, good job.
