Aiden the Arrogant Mage

Well here goes nothing. Please keep in mind my lack of knowledge of the current game, and my reliance on story to come up with a card. Whatever I need to do to make this work, let me know. (I totally forgot how the grammar works, sorry about that.)

Very nervous...

 

 

"This card cannot attack if the opponent does not control a face-up Monster. If this card is sent from the Field to the Graveyard by an opponent's Monster with an original Attack lower than 2000, return this card to the top of its owner's deck."

 

So there it is, Aiden. I came up with the character because of the picture and came up with the card because of the character.

 

"You expect one with my level of magical power to waste time on the likes of you? Very well, I guess I can show you how it's done."

 

"Am I to die like this, beaten by such a pathetic foe? No! This is NOT how I will be remembered, I am a god among men! I am Aiden Ravenwood and this world is my PLAYTHING!"

 

Edit: The Attack was 2000, hence the "lower than 2000" effect, but forgot to change that when I changed the Attack. Not sure if I should keep or change either.

Guess I'll bump this once. I know it's probably not very well designed, given my history of cards, but some thoughts on what I did right/wrong would be really nice.

It fits his quotes at least, thats for sure. Though it's kind of a step into the beginning of Yu-Gi-Oh, when there were so many 2000+ lv4's with Drawbacks, which even then most ppl didnt play. Nice work on making him sorta... arrogant, as in: Cannot die from weaker monsters, but else it's not really playable in anything right meow.

Thank you for reviewing. And yeah, I figured it wouldn't be all too playable. Just wanted to make something that could fit as a card, based on a certain idea. I'm glad it at least fit the theme. At least it's not horribly overpowered like some things I've done...(Maybe it fits more in a different section than this, since this is generally more competitive stuff, but I don't know.)
