Well, this certainly makes Ultimate easier to Summon, even if the conditions are kind of hard to get, but I guess it's easier than actually making it? I don't know, but either way, it's fairly balanced for what it does, considering that you aren't gonna do any damage with it, so it can't just be an easy killer, and as it doesn't Fusion Summon, you can't get it back, which could be a problem. The second effect is also quite good, too bad that it needs to be in the Graveyard, since a lot of Fusion Decks could have used it otherwise. Still, nice effect there too.

 

OCG fix:

If you control a "Dark Magician Girl": Pay 2000 LP; Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" from your Extra Deck, but any battle damage both players take involving that monster becomes 0. If a Fusion Monster is destroyed: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; return that Fusion Monster to the Extra Deck OR add 1 Fusion Material Monster listed on the the destroyed Fusion Monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

I assume the last effect adds a card (blue-eyes) from your Deck or Graveyard (and not hand) TO your hand? Your OCG needs some fixing.

E-HERO Prisma > copy DMG from DMG the Dragon Knight and send her to grave > activate Legend Awaken > tribute BEUD for this:

 

or for The Tyrant Neptune to get a 4500 ATK body that does damage.


The problem with this is how searchable Prisma is. Also, you can always "eye of timaeus" the DMG-fied Prisma to get DMG the Dragon Knight out as well.
Also, you can activate more than one of these spells per turn, which means it's an easy OTK setup.

Another problem is how I don't understand where you were going with this and how you wanted to use it. If I did, I'd suggest some fix but right now, it just seems too me that you wanted to make a card effect that fits the image you used.

ah i did'nt know that the DMG is listed as a fusion material of some fusion monster

as for the card yes i just make a card effect based on the image i get and the use of this card to help some of old card yo be used again

and the for the last effect sorry that just a blunder i made i will fix it later
