Peridank
At first I wanted to make a card similar to Goblin Attack Force. But I got this. I don't know what to think of it. And I don't know if it's the concept or what but this card gives me an uneasy feeling. Any how I want some opinions. Please and Thanks! No ocg fix please. This card will make the game go quick, it can do some serious damage. But I want your opinions on it, I can't help but both love and fear it. Nightmare Stomper
A couple of OCG fixes but besides that, the ATK is far too high for any Level 4 monster with non-zero defense. AT MOST, you could do maybe 2400/0. or 2350/100, but not 2800/1000. That's just unheard of. Also, the thousand burn when banished is way too easily abused by macro builds. Try this: Neither player takes any Battle Damage from battles involving this card. When this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage to both player's Life Points equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x 400 points. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to your Graveyard: Shuffle this card into the Deck. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect, Banish it instead. Peridank
Ok thanx, I see your point on the 1000 burn effect. But if I take away it's masive ATK, it will be almost worthless since it does damage on both players. How about I take away the 1000 burn and replace it with the "you can only control 1" effect? Also I can make it to were it can't directly attack. (since that wasn't the point of the massive ATK in the first place) Would that help?
newhat
This grants too much field control. Even if it couldn't attack directly it would be able to take out most enemy Xyzes for free, with no setup beyond a Normal Summon. No damage is not as big of a drawback as the benefit of 2800 ATK. Tentacruel
Way too powerful as a beatstick. Make the damage only hit you, and that would still be pushing it. As said, this thing could come in an kill too many things with no summoning conditions.
Peridank
Ok I see, I made some adjustment's to the card. I can't lower the attack anymore then I did. But I decided to put another restriction on it, let me post it now.
Nightmare Stomper
Skill Drain.
Peridank
I can add that restriction... but I apoligize for the sudden lack of picture. It will be reuploaded tomorrow with changes.
Nightmare Stomper
Dude it's so easy the card is so good and totally fine with 2400/0. maybe you can push it and do 2500/0. but there's no point in adding restrictions on a card that's gonna be used in a Skill Drain deck. Peridank
Restrictions would prevent from being effected by Skill Drain, all I have to do is name the card directly.
Radiant F.U.R.Y.™
I would suggest instead of not affected by Skill Drain, say not affected by your opponent's continuous trap cards
Nightmare Stomper
And even then, you can't make a workaround around a workaround, it's absolutely pointless :P just accept the fact that a 2800 Lv. 4 monster cannot exist, and make it 2400/0 Let me OCG this for you. No point in stopping direct attacks. there's no damage. You don't need to nerf the card any more than this, it's already perfect: just reduce the ATK and don't give yourself a hard time :) Neither player takes any Battle Damage from battles involving this card. When this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage to both player's Life Points equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x 400 points. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to your Graveyard: Shuffle this card into the Deck. If this card is sent from the Field to the Graveyard by a card effect, Banish it instead. Or better, you could do this. This solves both of the problems this card has. So Skill Drain users now only have a Goblin attack force. 2300/0 Neither player takes any Battle Damage from battles involving this card. This card gains 400 ATK during your Battle Phase only. When this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage to both player's Life Points equal to the Level of the destroyed monster x 400 points. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to your Graveyard: Shuffle this card into the Deck. If this card is sent from the Field to the Graveyard by a card effect, Banish it instead. newhat
The drawback you added is reasonable, but this still controls the field on its own really easily. I don't suppose it's searchable enough to be exploited though.
