until now D.D Macro is always my favorite deck. even the mediocre-slight luck reliant-deck (like mine) is actually giving you quite plenty tech option ranging from Burn, Lock-Down, Milling, and even Aggro if you conservative enough. there simply so many great memories like... pounding your opponent with 1 tribute monster with at least 3000-6000++ ATK, gaining 5000++ LP in a single turn, suddenly inflict 5000++ Effect Damage, destroying your opponent right in their decks, and frustrate your opponent by making them cannot attack and active spell card with only playing 3 cards (which only 1 of them is -2)....

 

all of these tech option and potential is having massive problem with consistency, perseverance, and draw power and lately all of most important key card is got limited to the point that this deck can be considered dead... only to be replace by decks that actually can pull more crazier play(s) with far more speed  than this legendary cards in my opinion.

 

so despite the knowing that once in the past this deck is actually have a serious impact on the game... i'm considering the deck slow speed and lack of draw power. and also the fact that most of new generation cards is can pull equally deathly combos i create this:

Draw 1 card for each multiple of 4 of your Banished cards. If you do, turn equal number of cards on the top of your Banished card face-down for each card you draw and then Shuffle your Banished cards. If this card is sent to Graveyard, You cannot active "D.D Dreamcatcher" for the next 3 Turns. you can only active "D.D Dreamcatcher" once per Turn.

 

this card is design to make sure that this card is can only be use (if not abuse) solely for D.D Macro decks or such...  that why it require multiple of 4 banished cards to work and if it got sent to grave it prevent you to active another (I DON'T WANT this card is being use in "banish from grave" or "banish to active" decks like Bujin,Dragon Rulers, of such)

 

but i also aware that most of the combo or advantage of the deck is active  or being retrieved in Banished cards pile that why i give it the "turning to face-down" effect to prevent activation inside and targeting from the outside

 

i hope this card is not either under or over-powered

The think you should lower the multiple count, how about multiple or 3?  And make a max number of cards drawn.  B/c you can theoretically draw like 10 cards with this card, so put a cap on it and make it like, cap of 3 or 4 and count multiples of 3.  

 

This isn't really what D.D. Decks need now.  With Fissure and Macro Limited, you need more ways to banish your cards and keep them banished.

Different Dimension Gate-Way

Any monster sent to your Graveyard is banished instead.  Once per turn: You can banish up to 3 cards in your Graveyard, then target the same number of cards in your opponent's Graveyrd; banish those targets.

 

:D  Cheers brother, I used to HATE this Deck. But now that it's gone I do miss it.

there a still lot of banisher option out there... the most well known (which also the newest) is Masked Hero Dark Law that also armed with hand destroying effect giving the deck more tech option ( I LOVE THIS GUY )

 

as for your review... is still debate-able. when i make this i was considering 1 of the strongest tech option of D.D deck which is dual deck obliteration and thinning via Necroface. its so strong that you literally must use it conservatively as possible (and inferno tempest is way to dangerous by the way)... you don't want all of your Necroface to be banished or else you also suffer from decking out and Deck thinning drawback as well (usually solved by recycling effect of Necroface which also make the deck dynamic)

 

assuming your scenario is based on when a  deck with 50++ being banished... is almost useless as 40 cards deck is already inconsistent (its just don't come into my mind anything that make the deck more consistent in form of addition 10++ card) and at most plays you can can only provide at max 20 cards banished with 15/20 via Necroface + Gold Sarcophagus ... which provide you with live saving 3 cards.. if not dead draw due to key card is also banished by misfortune

 

that why i still not gonna lower the number of banished card to active this thing as at most ideal situation i can think of is you can only draw at most 3 cards (6 since i think at max you only can use 2 copy of it since its quite situational)... but i do considering the draw cap (well not that much, remembering most decks today... but still draw cap is a good idea)
