Fat Cat Ultim Posted September 6, 2014 Report Share Posted September 6, 2014 Hello ! :3 I made a card based off the GTA V character Michael De Santa : LORE : Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set.Must be Special Summoned by tributing one face-up "Michael Townley".When this card is on the field,put one "Weapon" counter on it in each one of your Standby Phases.You can tribute 1 other face-up monster on the field,this card can attack the number of "Weapon" counters on it.
