During your standby phase, the target for all equip cards on the field becomes this card. Once per turn, you can send 1 equip card equipped to this face-up Attack position monster to gain 500 LP.

Incredibly underpowered. For 2 tributes, it's got low stats, and it's effect is hardly relevant in the current Meta.

The only decks that would have a use for this have better alternatives.

 

Therefore, I propose you change it's text to something like:

Once per turn: This card becomes the new target of all Equip Cards on the field. Once per turn: You can destroy 1 Equip Card equipped to this card; This card gains 1000 ATK, and you gain 1000 LP. While this card is equipped with 3 or more Equip Cards: This card cannot be destroyed by card effects.

 

This makes the card stronger, effect wise, but also gives you more benefit for keeping your equips, well, equipped. Might also wanna give it 100-200 more ATK.

Nobody would use this.  
It stops NO Deck from functioning at all.  It doesn't help the player using it at all.  It can easily die from any activated Trap.

Ok. instead of being mean to a new member, maybe consider whether he hasn't played for a while and has made a card from how the meta was when he last played. If you wanted to change the card to be more usable today, The15thWing's suggestion sounds good, but you could also post the card in Aix's Rebirth Project (which is for a new meta with only vanillas still in it; essentially restarting the meta/power creep) where it should be fine:

I wasn't being mean.  I was just saying that this card is bad and nobody would use it.
