asterr259
This card's name is treated as "Polymerization" while in the Graveyard. Send, from your side of the field to the Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters with different Types that are listed on a Level 8 or higher Fusion Monster Card, then Special Summon that Fusion Monster from the Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon, and cannot be negated.) If this card is in the Graveyard: You can banish 1 monster from your Graveyard; add this card and 1 Fusion Material Monster that was used for a Fusion Summon to your hand. Best art is the best art. 10/10. Saw a couple of Poly Sub ideas, so I jumped on the bandwagon. I'm working on a archetype that involves Dual-Type/Attribute monsters, and they have a couple of fusions. So I went ahead and dropped this. Wanted some opinions on it. Pretty much unusable to E-Heros. Gem-Knights might enjoy it, but they already have enough Fusion support. A weird Amulet Dragon Deck could also have a go at this, but that'd be weird. Not sure if it's solid so, CnC please.
LeLukeX
Dual Mode Fusion Fusion Summon 1 Level 8 or higher Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters with different Types from your hand or your side of the field as Fusion Materials. This card's activation and effect cannot be negated. You can banish 1 monster from your Graveyard; add this card and 1 Fusion Material Monster that was used for a Fusion Summon from your Graveyard to hand. This card's name becomes "Polymerization" while it is in the Graveyard. You were using Polymerization's ancient text in your original lore. In the new text you don't need to put "Treated as FS" since the newer text says Fusion Summon. Also, the monster's Special Summon cannot be negated as is. If a Monster Card would be Special Summoned by a card effect (and not by a built-in Summoning Condition like Cyber Dragon) then only the Card that is conducting the Special Summon (in this case Dual Mode Fusion) can be negated. It's like trying to negate Pot of Greed's Draw effect without negating Pot of Greed, impossible. Also card name changes go on bottom of the card. Unless it is Always Treated as a different name, meaning it is applied even when you're not Dueling (that's right, it is applied IRL, as in that card is simply treated as something else). Examples include Cyber Harpie Lady, or should I say Harpie Lady? The support, although welcomed, is not what Polymerization needs. Polymerization needs ways to quickly grab itself and needed materials. Example: Shaddolls Grab the Fusion Spell via Hog's Flip Effect, and grab materials Via Hog, Beast, Fusion Spell itself, and the fact that you can choose any Shaddoll and then pick an attribute. All this does is give a nifty and useful effect once the Summon goes off, but the problem your card has, is the same the the one you are trying to improve, it'll simply never go through due to inconsistency. So give the card a way to add Fusion materials, and this card.
