Faith, Hope, and Love...the magicians thereof

Everyone knows about Magician of faith, so no point posting it. But here are Magicians of Hope and Love, as well as a spell card to go with them.

Activate only if "Magician of Faith", "Magician of Hope", and "Magician of Love" are in your Graveyard, and only if the effect of each was activated. Banish 1 "Magician of Faith", "Magician of Hope", and "Magician of Love" from your Graveyard; Shuffle up to 4 cards in your Graveyard into the Deck, then, if you do, draw 2 cards.[/spoiler]

I'll comment, but these probably should be in Multiple Cards, might want to ask a mod to move it.

 

Hope. Seems pretty simple, pretty handy too. Though there are Spells that would be abusable with this, just can't think of them now. Maybe make it not be able to use the Spell the turn you return it?

 

Love. Um, this one is pretty broken. Since it's any card with no drawback. I honestly don't see why it's this way, since the other one you must discard and is limited in what you can get. If it were discard a monster, return a monster, it would make much more sense.

 

The spell seems a bit strong, the drawing by itself would be pretty powerful, despite the difficulty of using it. Maybe make it two cards and one draw? I'm not too sure on it though, so wait for more feedback probably.

 

The pictures are fairly low quality but I can look past that. It is a neat idea, but it needs some tweaking.

Though, Faith is banned isn't she(Or maybe limited)? So these need to have some more limits to make them not go the same way.

 

Also, I'm pretty sure there's a rule you have to put the lore beneath the card. even if it's such a short effect (could be wrong however.)

 

Edit: Just realized, Love's effect could bring Hope back, that's probably a bad thing. That needs to be fixed. (This sentence amuses me out of context.)

Hope is crap.

Love is perfectly balanced.  Would so use.  The Flip Effect mechanic is dead and could be revived with some cards like these (if anyone says Shaddolls I will throw my houses's bricks at you, and they're made of Styrofoam).

The spell is "pretty strong"?  Why do players not understand the concept of "rewarding" in yugioh.  I swear a card could say tribute 5 Normal Summoned monsters; Draw 3 cards and some guy, would say that's broken cuz draw 3.

The spell is unusable.  I don't care if it draws 2 cards.  There are 77 (78 if you count Greed, the Pot) cards that have the effect "Draw 2 cards", I used Dueling Network for this source.  And only about 4-5 are ever used... CardCar, Sacred Sword, Trade-In, Reckless Greed, Pot of Dichotomy.  All of which are fine at 3, except Sacred Swords, and that was hit cuz D Rulers.  

 

I forgot about Allure, but that's Limited and way easier to use than this Spell.

Curious how Hope is crap. Honestly curious. Since Faith is limited because it brings spells back, how does having to discard a spell or trap and adding being able to get traps make the card crap? As I said, I'm honestly just curious why you say that.

 

And Love is a stronger Faith, so...Again, balanced? How so?

 

Those cards you listed have large drawbacks. Discard a level 8, Skip 2 draw steps, Go to the End Step, Skip battle phase (Plus you need to banish monsters of three different types for the Pot). This just has a requirement, and does more than draw 2. Maybe it's fine, because it would take a few turns due to them having to had activated the effect as well, but it is a little iffy. Notice I said "a BIT strong" and "I'm not too sure on it though, so wait for more feedback probably." So read carefully before ranting. Draw in Yu-Gi-Oh is a very tricky thing usually.

@LeLukex: I originally created hope when faith was banned. It was better at the time. Maybe I'll just make it  faith for traps?

 

@ Cow Cow: As far as the spell being OP, I dont think it is, just because you have to dedicate 10% of your Deck to making this work. Not to mention, it's only a +1. I do see why you think that tho. Getting flip effect monsters into the graveyard isnt all that difficult in the current meta. But returning cards to the deck is bitter-sweet. Yeah, you can play limited cards twice etc... but the extra 4 cards in the deck make you less likely to run into a particular card.

The fact that you put that spell and "strong" in the same sentence made my brain go haywire.  Players really need to cut it out, the card's activation requirements are so unreal, it will never in 1,000 years go off.  Set Flip, Set Flip, Set Flip, that's what... 4 turns assuming no Solemn Warning.

And Magician of Faith Adds back Spells without having to Discard anything, nuff said.  And I think magician of Faith is crap too.  All the spell cards worth getting back via faith are banned.

Hope can recylce Warning, Bottomless, and any monster which is particularly useful.
