[1]: Life Points is changed to LP.  This is simply correct way of wording cards.  First you state cost, then target, then semi-colon.

Totally a rip off my card!!! D:  I made a card called the Copying Machine... Although this is significantly different.  This card has some problem with monsters with Graveyard effects.  For example, The Fire Kings would LOVE this card.  Also this card would prove to be unfair in mirror matches.  Target opponent's monster... SS 3 :D... As of now... Shaddolls could also use this card.  Since you can still Fusion Summon with them... And Graveyard Effects are not negated by your restriction.  I could also see some Blue-Eyes Deck abusing this since I could just play this card and BAM 3 Blue-Eyes to the face GG 9k Dmg.  

Two shouldn't let the monsters Summoned attack OR not allow a BP phase the turn this card is activated.  In addition you should restrict Fusion use to stop abuse from Shaddolls.  But this card will always be abused by Graveyard effects.
