LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Happy October, have a pumpkin. I made this at 4 A.M. and didn't think it through very well. So here, have fun. "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by paying 2000 life points when you have no monsters on the field. When this card is Special Summoned, your opponent gains 2000 life points. Once per turn you may discard one card at random: destroy one card on the opponent's side of the field that is the same Type as the discarded card." Basically the first ability is a Treat is for the opponent, the second is the Trick. I am not all that happy about the second ability flavor-wise. And I am thinking making it target Spells OR Traps if you discard a Spell or Trap, otherwise you need things to be face-up to work really. Also, the Atk and Def I want to keep. If I have to make it weaker/higher level I will but that's kinda big. (31/10 or 10/31 for folk like me.) "So...you want to see the true spirit of Halloween do you? Heh heh heh..." Also, won't be around for long tonight, so may not be able to reply till tomorrow.

newhat
That is really, really high ATK for a Special Summon that doesn't cost any cards. The LP cost is sensible because Hecarim doesn't have any inherent protection and can screw you over if he dies before he can do something. The discard effect has the Photon Wyvern problem: if there are enough cards on the field to make it worthwhile, he's probably not going to get to use it. LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Yay a review! Hmm, so do you think I should tweak the effect to make it more able to be used? Or does the high attack balance out the inconsistency of the effect?
- Minimania -
Type? If you mean monster type, just say "discard a monster" If you mean Spell/Trap/Monster, just say declare a type or your opponent declare or something
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
I'm not sure what you mean Koto, but I meant Spell/Trap/Monster.

Oriannis
I love the gimmick and the name for this card but the art seems somewhat stretched. On the whole i really do like this card. It has a decent cost and a limitation on said cost. I am glad this is not a level 8 or else there would be too many plays that could make this card OP. The randomness of the discard effect would make a player think twice before using the effect, unless you were playing DW. What i think would be a good effect is if the card that is destroyed was also randomized. DIscard one random card to destroy one random card. That would be a true trick or treat gimmick. Over all I do like this card's gimmick and flavor, the effect the icing on the cake. Nice one. :D

Thanks. :D And yeah the art, basically I found it and wanted to use it and just...plopped it in there. Hmm, I see then, well I don't want to make the effect too gimmicky or it would hardly ever be useful. But thanks for the thoughts. Seems I did a half-way decent job then. clarkart
Its a good card, but the ATK is kind of high. Getting him on the first turn is unfair to the opponent, as you have a 3100 ATK monster that can eventually wipe their field. I like the give Life effect. If you use Bad Reaction to Simochi, they take 2000 damage and you get a 3100 ATK Monster. Overall okay card. Good work!
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Well the first turn thing is a bit of an issue, but it can't really wipe the field as you can only use it once per turn and it's a random card. But maybe I should put something in so it can't be used on the first turn.
