During either player's turn: You can discard this card, then target 1 face-up "Necloth" monster you control; Until the End Phase, the targeted monster are unaffected by effect of monsters that were summoned from the Extra Deck.Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent control or in their Graveyard that were summoned from the Extra Deck; Equip the target to this card.(You can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card with this effect).When a monster effect activates: You can send 1 Equip Card equipped to this card to the Graveyard; negate the activation.You can only use each effects of "The Necloth of Omega" once per turn.

 

just tried necloth deck, its pretty cool so i tried to make another support for it, how would this fare in necloth deck?

Nice and balanced! Both main effects are really useful, even if it's not on the field.

One complain, i know it's an omen to omega vylon, but in my mind 3200 is too much. I'd rather see something like 2700, or 800. But it's just a detail ^^

Oh, so this is almost like relinquished, but better?

I could see something like this getting in the game.

I could also see Thousand Eyes Restrict being unbanned with it.
