When a Spell Card is activated, you may tribute 1 Dragon-type Monster on your side of the field to negate the activation of that Spell Card and destroy it. During your End Phase if you have a Dragon-type Monster in your Graveyard, your opponent may search their Deck for 1 Spell Card and add it to their hand. Their Deck is then shuffled." It's been awhile since I've made a Card, so I might be a little rusty. Also, I swear if someone mentions a OCG Error or Grammar Mistake thats not major I'm gonna get so pissed. Tribute itself with its effect, and your opponent doesn't get the search on their end phase, since this card isn't on the field to apply its effect anymore. >_> If it wasn't able to Tribute itself, it'd be a relatively bad card. Potentially good for stopping 1-per-deck cards, but not much beyond that. It seems like beyond that, it would just help your opponent mill through their deck faster. 7/10.
