Show Posted June 27, 2007 Report Share Posted June 27, 2007 Everyone stepped outside. Mike went back to his dorm and took out a phone and called up to Lucas, saying that he was ready. Then a large fortress in the sky appeared over Duel Academy. 4 ropes fell down from the fortress. Mike said to everyone Zeik, Dana, Steven, grab ahold of a rope, we're going up. Everyone grabbed ahold and the ropes were lifted up to the fortress in the sky just off the coast of Duel Academy. As everyone pulled up, each was wondering what fate lied ahead, but each was ready to face it with all the courage and skill they could muster. TO BE CONTINUED... (Ok, thats enough for now. And unless the leader of this group is killed in a duel himself, we will stay that way. Dana: So we can be revived if we die? See like I said, I'll save everyone. Lucas: You people should get some rest, each of you has a suite down the hall there. There is a bathroom and a shower, a fridge, a micro wave, and a television set. Enjoy your night here, as tomorrow may be the last your eye's shall ever see if you are not careful. (Continue with your lines, but I gotta shower real quick. Plus, I don't even believe us good guys die at all. Mike became angry and went up to her and said angrily: WE DO DIE! Don't go around acting like this is some kind of video game. This is real. There is a strong chance that none of us will make it out of this alive. So stop acting like its just another day at the Hobby Shop. Dana: Ok, chill. Anyway, I'm going to my room. Everyone else left for their room. Dana took advantage of the free shower and took one for 2 hours, much to the annoyance of Lucas as he had to pay the Water bills. All that went through his head were memories of his past. In his head, loud screams of terror and pain rung through his ears. He said to himself, "I will make him pay for what he did." He stared out into the open, and glanced a dark fortress, much like his own, about 50 miles in the distance. He said to himself, "They will be here by morning. I hope they are all ready. Nobody has ever survived duels with this guy and the 5 Elite Duelists that serve him. I just hope that we can pull this off." (You may add a dialouge line but I gotta take off. Show Posted June 29, 2007 Report Share Posted June 29, 2007 I'll do scenes now for my characters. The night dragged on forever it seemed. Everyone was on edge the entire night. Dana eventually got out of the shower but forgot to put clothes on before jumping into bed, being too tired. As Mike looked out the small window in his room, he couldn't help but remember the tragic past he had endured. It was 8 years ago, when Mike was only 7, but he remembered it like it was yesterday. Mike was close with his older brother Marco, who was a grade A duelist and who taught Mike everything he knew. Mike and his brother were orphaned at a young age, his parents killed on an expedition in Asia. Marco worked hard to provide a good life for Mike, and it was him who gave Mike his treasured Spirit Card, Obnoxious Celtic Guardian. Although Mike never did beat his brother in a duel, his brother recognized his talent as a duelist and worked hard to make Mike into a strong player himself. However, one day, their small town was invaded by a man named Ciper. He was an evil man who ownded the Shadow KingDragon. One day, he challenged Marco to a duel. He said that if Marco won, he would give Marco over a quadrillion dollars to spend on the town. However, if Marco lost, everyone in the town would perish. With support from the town, Marco reluctantly agreed. The duel had gone well for Marco but as soon as the Shadow KingDragon was summoned, Marco knew it was the end. Marco sent his own spirit monster, Injection Fairy Lily, to help Celtic Guardian get Mike out of the city. As Marco lost, Lily disappeared, just as Mike went got out. Mike watched in horror of he heard the cries of terror and anguish come from the town. After Cipher had left, Mike returned to the town. It looked just like it always did. It was raining hard. IN the center of the town, Mike saw Marco's body lying on the ground. Mike desperately tried to revive him, but it was useless. Mike buried his brother and everyone else in the town, which itself took weeks. Then he departed that town full of those memories of that horrible night and went out to live in the forest. For 4 years, Mike lived alone, with no clothes or possessions. He hunted for food and lived life out of the watch of the public. However, one day, he happened upon a card, the Wing KingDragon. This brought back the surpressed memories of his brother. But it awakened in him a new passion for dueling. He dug up his deck, which he had buried in a cave, and added the dragon to it. Days later, he was found by Lucas and brought to the fortress, where he was trained and dejunglized. After another 4 years, Lucas had Mike enrolled at Duel Academy, to seek out other chosen ones such as himself. As Mike sat on the fortress, he looked out the window, uncertain of the future that lay ahead of him the next day, but he knew that he would face it, together with his new friends. However, he worried that they would be killed by Cipher, and that his old scars of loss would be reopened. But Mike remained firm and vowed to win. It revealed the Cipher Shadow Fortress, about 50 feet away. Both fortresses let out a walkway which connected. Following Lucas, everyone walked on the walkway, and into the Shadow Fortress, as the walkway disappeared behind them, and the door to he Shadow Fortress shut. Lucas said to everyone, "It has begun." Now I must leave you all, to do that. (We do need someone to play some of the villians left, maybe you can work something out via PM with me or Crystal Kid or something like that) Lucas worked his way to the throne room of the fortress, the room where Cipher was. Suddenly, a voice came over the loudspeakers, and a projection of the duel appeared in front of everyone. Dana: So that's the big mean bully guy! Mike: Already? Lucas had better not lose or else things will really get bad. The duel began Cipher: Are you ready to die? Lucas: No, I'm ready to serve justice Cipher: Kakakakakakakaka, then let the duel begin!
